This location made me sick. Literally. I ordered a beverage and later that night it sat hard on my stomach. I didn't have any other culprits that could have made me ill, as I had the same food and drinks as others. It could be challenging to get to this place. It's part of a larger parking lot. I should've turned sooner than I did. After I missed my chance, things go a little annoying. Point is, turn earlier than you think you should. This Location is small and can fill up quickly even at 4:30p on a weekday. However, the staff is friendly and things are kept clean. Points off for the station running out of half and half. When I asked for more, the gentleman wanted to pour it for me, something I'd really prefer to do myself. read more

Got here not even 4 minutes before closing, during a blizzard after missing a bus back home. My girlfriend and i were hoping to be able to get a coffee to make up for it and Ellena the sweetest person you could meet, rang us up and greated us with a smile and quickly helped us get a drink in our hands. Even though everyone was hurrying to clean up and close shop already. She took the time to hear us out and make sure we had a good experience, despite her having to drive back home 40minutes away (i asked, hoping she'd drive safe afterwards) in a horrible slushed snow conditions. This Starbucks gave my lactose intolerant friend a whole milk latte instead of a soy latte. She's been sick all day.

This is a pretty great Starbucks location. Only downside is it seems to be busy at every single time of day! The baristas are quick, but when theres 10 people waiting, they can only be so quick. Drinks are consistenly good as well as customer service. Clean atmosphere with plenty of space to work indoors or out. read more

Nice staff, friendly, they greet the customers with a smile upon entering. They listen to the order carefully and do their best. Never had problems with them. I take my friends there during the evening to enjoy a cup of tea or the hibiscus tea. Coffee bit string but you can always as for the light coffee to be brewed. Decaf coffee is not always fresh so make sure you ask for fresh one and they will brew right then better that way because you don't want to drink old coffee since it was made at five amin the morning. read more

My party of two rushed in during a snow storm at 9:59pm just a minute before closing ashamed and desperate for an order and Elaina ever so kindly took us in and made our drinks quickly with such warm grace. She made them without error and had us on our way with big smiles. Absolute excellent customer service and lovely people. I don't recommend ordering a minute before closing but I truly appreciate the kindness of the crew given the circumstances and certainly recommend this Starbucks without a doubt. Thank you, Elaina! In all the years I've been coming to this Starbucks location I've never had bad service. Every barista has always been more then accommodating & friendly. They are great help if you're not quite sure what you want but know what you like. Just ask for a suggestion & they'll find the drink for you. Every now & then my drink doesn't taste to my likening but it's never been a problem. The baristas have always been willing to remake it. Seriously come see the Mad River store these guys know their Starbucks coffee! read more

The Barista with attitude gave me an incorrect drink,remade it and failed to do it right even the second time.

I love how late they stay open. It's pretty much the only thing that stay open past 10pm other then bars. Kyle always gets my drink right, spells my name correctly, and always greets me by my first name. It's nice to be a remembered regular. read more

Bizarre experience. Julie asked me did I paid for my mug, and from her rolling eyes and singsong pitch of "okay I believe you" I knew I failed to convince her that I bought this plastic coffee cup with stitched flowers and spelled "love" for 2.29 or something last weekend beside grand central terminal while I was looking for an apartment in New York City. I were indeed for several mins standing in front of the shelves and appreciating designs on the mugs after I came out from restroom on my way back to my seat. I'm glad to know that Julie kept her eyes on me. Tho cute, she is too rude. I'm too timid to come back to this store to be questioned whether or not I am a thief ever again. 5 starts for the beautiful snow season. read more

This Starbucks location is my favorite. They make the best Double shot espresso. We stop here often as my whole family would prefer a Starbucks drink over eating out. I am such a creature of habit by ordering the same thing every time. lol don't fix what's not broken. With that said pls order the dehydrated fruit and seed for the oatmeal as past visits have not gotten it and please order hot water and heavy cream as this past order had only oatmeal and nuts. Without water or heavy cream. Funny thing when I called the store, the manager (Sarrah) apologized but only offered to redo it next time I come in. Lol. this Starbucks is a nice little Starbucks with outdoor seating pretty much like the rest of them. no drive thru, but fairly quick inside, they are very friendly and this is the spot my wife goes to every time she is in town here and needs to get some school work done. i have had the soy latte with a shot of white chocolate and white mocha latte and strawberry's and cream frappe, many others and they are all so yummy! read more

Not my favorite Starbucks. I cringe when I see one particular barista (ugh, hated even typing that) on the day shift who makes you feel like you are a complete bother. She is salty and takes short cuts in making you order. Seems to me that at the price we're paying, she could make your order like she is supposed to and not skimp to make it easier on herself. I've seen her actually toss things like drink carriers,etc. at people when they dare to ask her for something. I imagine they have her in the drink making position to keep her away from customers as much as possible. If it weren't for the sweet cashiers & the convenience of the location I'd never go back there. read more

I was so excited to get a Starbucks coffee on my lunch break. The girl at the counter ruined my day She acted like I wasn't there and took 15 minutes off my lunch.There was only one person in front of me I asked for a tall and was given a kiddie cup size coffee .I had to get back to work so I just dealt with it. I work retail so I know about the customer being number one .I wasn't rude . She ruined all the excitement of going to my favorite place! I stopped here with my wife to get some iced coffee on an warm evening. My wife ordered and walked to the end. I ordered and just politely requested that there be a little less ice. He didn't really acknowledge my request and sort of rolled his eyes. Lost in thought, I started to walk away from the cash register. The guy was like 'Uh whose paying?' Sort of embarrassed I turned back to the cash register. As I was walking back, some olive skinned employee to his left with a trim beard turned to the cashier and said "Bum" loud enough for me to hear. They both chuckled. The cashier also subtly kept ribbing me for walking away and not paying. I tried to laugh it off and joke around about it, but I really was very annoyed by the trim beard guy. I know I may have been a little absent minded, but no need to be an asshole. You are the fucking bum. You work at Starbucks dick.
