Walked in no greeting what's so ever, mind you there was only one other customer sitting by the wall. Looking at the menu they had holiday drink that mentioned what's in the drink. We ordered a holiday drink and a chai latte both with oatmilk. The girl mentioned all they had were large sizes which was fine. I know roughly how much two drinks are with the additional cost of milk alternative at other locations and to get my total I was so shocked! The price was $22 for two drinks! I asked for my receipt and the break down of the drinks showed I misplace the receipt to give the exact price but the price are around $7.24 latte $.60 for foam ( which we said no to) $.60 for syrup 1.07 for oatmilk After all this we were hoping the drinks would taste top notch but they weren't... didn't even drink half of and threw the rest. Sorry but this place is not worth it. Way over price ! And flavorless!

The butterbeer latte was sweet and creamy, perfect for any Potter fan. Cozy seating inside, lots of cool decor and details to look at. I stopped in for brunch on a Saturday morning and was really surprised by the crowds, and the atmosphere of the restaurant. It reminded a lot of B Matthew's in Savannah, which if you know, is a good thing! I initially went for the croissants based on the recommendation, but ordered the Biscuits with Gravy in addition to a loaf of sourdough, a croissant, and a few back to school theme cookies to bring onto the kids! The biscuits and gravy was phenomenal, and I really liked how they added scrambled eggs to top them. This is something I've never seen before and the result was great! As far as the bakery items (croissant, sourdough, and cookies) I feel like my review won't do them justice because they weren't eaten until I got home a few days later. Bottom line, I will be stopping in at Hester's every time I visit Corpus going forward. A definitely must try!

I got up and took two silverware wrapped in napkins from another table! I order the girls lunch cause it was salad with steak on it. The floor really stands out, as it looks like tile at first glance, but I believe it's slab that is painted/printed with a neat pattern.
