Parking available in the shared business lot out front, but it was VERY busy on this Sunday afternoon! The interior of this spot is one for the senses: colorful walls, random knick knacks, plants, and plenty of coffee-sipping patrons. While it was a LOT of stimulation, I loved every bit of it. I was so happy to see so much support for this local spot! The servers were so friendly and helpful during my order and pick up process! Incredibly LGBTQ+ friendly. I HAD to go with the Go Bananas option on my iced latte, their proprietary blend of banana, vanilla, and hazelnut that leaves you with the most beautiful flavor! I also appreciated that they have a layered iced latte option...with the shot on top! This spot definitely is one of my favorite hidden gems from the last few years, and might crack into the top five coffee spots in the Cities for me! A MUST VISIT!

It gives an old school retro 80s vibe with a hint of 50s style diner. When I went it was decorated in Christmas decor with the theme of monkeys lol. The drinks were reasonably priced and had everything from simple lattes and cappuccinos to barista favorites which are more so speciality coffee drinks. I recommend checking those drinks out if you want to try something different. The seating area isn't typical cafe style. It's mainly couches, chairs and tables as if you're sitting in a house or lounge. Staff was fun and energetic with good recommendations. The most fascinating part is that there's an antique market connected to the coffee shop that you can walk right into. The store seems endless. So much to look at. Probably the biggest antique store I've seen locally. Highly recommend.

This Caribou has a Bagel Shelf in addition to the pastry case. So much more selections for your tummy! If you're going to enjoy your drink and food at the cafe, the space and vibe of the cafe is chill.... just a perfect space to down and unwind. It's also a nice quiet space to work remotely for those who get to, but really can't at home. Appreciate this 'Bou!

I ended up checking out Fridley for a bit and heading to this Caribou Coffee to get a drink. This cafe has a drive-thru. It's a bit weird in that it's next to Pancheros Mexican Grill and you see the signage for this eatery when you enter the drive-thru. Luckily, there is a small Caribou Coffee sign with an arrow to clear that confusion up. I got a cheerful woman on the other end of the speaker. I gave her my phone number associated with my rewards points. I then went with a medium sparkling strawberry mango tea. I headed to the pickup window. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and then tipped. It didn't take long to make my drink. It looked good when she handed it to me. I thanked her and drove off to park nearby. I had lunch and drank this beverage in my car. This drink was so good. I love the sparkling line at Caribou. The strawberry and mango flavours were cheerful and refreshing. It enhanced my lunch. I miss Caribou. It was nice being in Fridley, finding this cafe, and getting my beverage fix. (95)

Note: this is inside Wicked Wort brewery now! It's a HUGE space, which is honestly nice because there's always seating available. Great use of shared space. Has an industrial feel to it with the exposed ceiling and dark wood elements. Service was great and helpful! Very friendly, neighborhood vibes. The barista knew most of the people ordering after us by name AND order - you can tell a lot of people come here often. Quite a large retired and elderly population came here for breakfast on the day we visited. Prices are very affordable for breakfast! We got a burrito and burrito bowl for $8-9 each. You can't get hardly anything for under $10 these days! Latte prices were more standard, but we got specialty items. These weren't our faves: the vanilla bean latte was quite sweet, and my peppermint matcha didn't taste much of peppermint (and I'm not sure they're using very good quality matcha). But our breakfast more than made up for it! Food was out quickly, and the rest of their lunch menu (and ice cream) looked great too.
