Hard to get into since the shopping complex has traffic. The bathroom has codes but then the code only worked on one stall and I had to go back and ask. Why would they not stick a paper saying this stall out of order. The cappuccino was ready for me but was too foamy and light but thankfully barista was good and remade it for me. Else this would be a two star rating. read more

1/2 star, honestly!!! Location opens at 6:00a (allegedly). I arrived at 6:02a, on a Thursday morning. Lights are off, no one to be seen inside. 6:15a and an employee finally arrives. Confused and puzzled looking at the three cars outside the Starbucks waiting for our favorite delicious fall line Starbucks drinks. I'm thinking, are you serious? Are you that brave? You are late. A second employee pulls out of the car next to me. Looks to be a manager. Unbelievable. None of them speak to us. They open up and get started on opening. Or so I think. I gave them a few minutes, door still locked. And instead of talking to us and explaining they are short staffed and are opening an hour later, the manager walks up to the door on the inside of the store and posts a note saying so and looks at us all rude. read more

Many of my reviews mention my opinion that Starbucks coffee is overroasted and has a burned taste. I think they've solved this with their new "Blonde" roast. Much lighter in flavor, it's actually drinkable. Some of the *$ have free samplings, so give it a whirl. As to this location, I found it convenient except that they don't have a drive through. The staff were quick and speedy (drink much coffee??) and friendly. No problems with my order. read more

This location is pathetic. I went in to grab a large coffee and the line was long, with the most effite, obnoxious customers imaginable. The baristas seemed as if they were demoralized by the narcissistic customers. I ordered a small coffee....they called it a "tall" which is absurd. The cup was unbelievably small. After getting my $4 small coffee I ventured to the coffee condiment station which was filthy...and was out of creamer and sugar! So, I left, went to McDonald's where I ordered a mc muffin, another coffee (much better than Starbucks) and cream and sugar, which they asked if I would like them to put it in for me. Starbucks, learn a lesson from....McDonald's! read more

Love that chicken wrap ! Not a coffee drinker but love that chicken wrap ! Lol it's good comes with cucumbers, apples and peanut coconut dipping sauce I honestly can't live without. A typical Starbucks. Gets pretty busy. Staff is very friendly. My one complaint: the music is soooooo loud. You have to raise your voice to have a conversation. Not a good place to study if that is your plan. read more

Drinks were good, but the staff was very rude. I ordered online and when I picked up my order I asked the waitress to double check that the order had coconut milk because my friend has a VERY VERY serious milk allergy (as in she will die if she has any). The server got very rude when I asked even though I explained why I was asking. She snapped a me and told me to just "take the drink". I do not appreciate that this happened as I asked very nicely to double check because I didn't want me friend to die. read more

I tend to use the app when I order my coffee. I ordered my favorite at the moment which is a caramel macchiato and I switched out regular milk or coconut milk. No complaints. I like that it was ready when I arrived so that I can walk and grab my drink and walk out. It tastes amazing, one of my good experiences with Starbucks read more

I've been to an embarrassing amount of different Starbucks stores across the country. This one has by far the most friendly and engaging employees/partners. They were efficient, friendly, and checked to make sure that I was satisfied and didn't need anything else. My drink was also delicious. read more

Stopped in for a quick Egg and Cheese Protein Box and iced coffee when passing through Columbia today. Service was a little slow for having an average crowd at 6 pm on a Saturday. Food was filling, refreshing and a great meal to have whenever driving several more hours. The iced coffee was typical of this chain. Good, but nothing outstanding. The staff does need to pay more attention to table and store cleanliness. read more

Would give zero if I could. Worst service I have ever experienced. Waited 20 minutes for a y'all latte. Two girls gabbing. One guy working his a$$ off. I finally said I'll just take a tall coffee. He gladly made me a coffee and said "I'm sorry." Then I went to add my sugar to my coffee-that- was-supposed-to-be-a-latte and they were out. I asked for sugar and he said we're out. And so am I. Worst Starbucks I've ever been too. Ordered a Venti shaken espresso. When I got it, it was filled half way. When I mentioned it to the barista they said that's how it comes. That is definitely not how it comes because that's not how I got it yesterday. Instead of putting more oat milk in it they poured cold brew in it. Cold brew isn't even in the drink to begin with. Besides the rude attitude that needed to be fixed the barista 100% needs to be re-trained because they obviously don't know what they are doing. read more

I really enjoyed my drink today with a fair like atmosphere. My drink came with cotton candy pretty. Gentlemen named bennie served me with biggest smile very pleasant and I was surprised with some of the bad reviews but this place is spotless bathrooms stocked and clean. I was curious so I asked and found out this is a whole new crew. Y'all might want to try again. I'll go back just a little pricey though read more

Parking is congested. A little time consuming to get there off if interstate, but since there have been no other options for hours - not even a Dunkin - we gave it a try. I understand why folks said it was nasty. Three were four women working there and we were the only folks in line, yet it took a while for them to take our order. We got a few sandwiches and I noticed that the chick who got them for us dropped the tongs on the floor (after getting our food). She picked them up and put them back. yuck! I got my coffee and noticed that it felt light. Got in the car and noticed that there was nearly 2" of foam / empty space on the top of my latte. I expect some, but that was too much for a latte and made me feel cheated. If starbucks is going to charge $4-5 for a coffee, it should be perfect, the store should be immaculate and the service should be on point. It felt more like McDonalds - and hey, that's ok, if your McDonalds, I go there too, not a snob - but I pay 1/3 the price for coffee and food there. This Starbucks needs to try harder. read more

Starbucks used to hold a standard but this one left me wondering. I waited more than 2 minutes to place my order while no one was in front of me and 4 staff members 'busied' themselves. A trip to the restroom showed they may have had a busy afternoon as it was poorly stocked and papers and trashed over flowed to the floor. Once I returned I waited an additional 4 minutes for me drink. If Starbucks offered slow coffee, the wait would be worth it but this is a business that strives to get you in and out as quickly as possible thereby sacrificing quality. It wasn't worth my trip in. read more

Longest wait ever for a tall latte. Mobile orders were made quickly while the in store line to get drinks kept getting longer. We waited for 30 min for a drink. We considered leaving but since we waited so long, we couldn't stand to leave. Avoid this place. Clearly they need more staff on a Sunday afternoon. And a way to turn off mobile ordering if a location is too busy in store. read more

This was my first rime stopping at this location as I was traveling. The service was friendly but slow. They didn't have a drive-thru :-( which sucked. This seems to be a busy location as I saw a lot of professionals coming in about 6:30am. I would suggest having more than two people working to move service along a little more quickly as the customers seemed to be regulars. read more

I travel all over the country and this is hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The guy behind the register said What? To every customer in line. Pay attention and listen kid! He was unaware of what a Marshmallow Dream Bar was and the got an attitude when I showed him where it was in the case. Every customer in line or waiting for drinks was clearly frustrated. They had plenty of employees, just didn't have any competent of doing their job. The store was also VERY dirty. Just a horrible location and clearly in need of new management! And the coffee was terrible!! read more

The service was good. Drink was NOT. We went in for a desert drink and left with a caramel mess (photo attached). We were not able to drink the drink due to the amount of caramel that had accumulated at the bottom. It ruined the entire drink and we didn't realize this until we had driven away. read more

Very slow service, waited 15 minutes for an iced americano. Asked for sugar free cinnamon dulce syrup, and it was chunky at the bottom. The barista stirred it around some, handed the drink to me, and said "it won't dissolve but it's fine". Didn't even ask if I wanted it re-done. The chunks never dissolved at the bottom which was gross and has never happened to me. read more

I have been to a lot of different Starbucks locations in my travels and here in Columbia. This one happens to be the one closest to me. I have watched it go from 4 stars to 2. One problem is weekly there is a different barista, as soon as you find one to perfect your drink...on to the next one. This location is extremely busy, but rarely will you find enough staff to take orders, make drinks, clean the front area, which is usually a mess; and handle mobile orders. Speaking of mobile orders, most of us are finding you will come out better standing in line. I usually take a break from going occasionally and after my reward, I think it will be time to break again only to come back a month later with an entirely different staff who will follow the same routine as the one before them. read more

It's such an irritating thing when a business, especially a coffee location, keeps the only menu available at the cash register. This means that the line backs up and everybody has to wait so that the the peeps at the front have to spend several minutes at the cash register to figure out what they want. That adds to the slowness of the baristas, which are pretty ho-hum about the whole endeavor. We each got lattes, I got the spicy honey-cinnamon and G got a regular. Nothing special about either, just middle of the road. In addition we asked for a "Pupa-chino", for our Puppy-Dog, which is usually a small cup of whipped cream that most coffee shops (and even McDonald's) give you for no charge. When we looked at the receipt they had charged us $1.50. Would have been nice to know they charge for it. It was huge, a full 12 ounce cup of which we ended up tossing out half of. Puppy-Dog certainly enjoyed what he got but it was just way too much greasy fatness for him. Finally, I'm not sure what the deal is, the people working there are as quiet as mice. I had to ask the girl to speak up at the check out because we couldn't hear anything she was saying. The person who called people's orders out was also really mousy quiet and so orders were piling up. We just got the vibe of incompetence and mediocrity. Likely wouldn't come back.

The barista seemed to be very focused on their job, there was no greeting when I walked in. The place was empty as it was 9:30 in the morning. I will not get this drink again. If you like therapy, sweet drinks that do not include the ingredients you want, then this is a drink for you. I was on my way to work and did not have time to ask them to remake it, so I'll drink it.

I'm like, no shit, Sherlock. It's a custom drink that I am ordering and literally showed the person that took my order what I wanted. I don't care if it is .60 extra. It's an add-on that I put on my drink for you to make. It's an error on y'all's part. Just make my drink correct. I don't care about the price. The older Black lady is really nice. Every time I walk in there, she always speaks and is the only one who gets the drinks correct and is always on point. The manager, I'm assuming, idk if she is Spanish or what, but she has to work on her people skills. And to the pregnant worker who messed up the order, mistakes happen. Next time correct the manager or whatever she is when she is wrong.

I also loved their mixed combination of science and coffee-themed artwork, which I thought was really unique and clever, even for the standards of coffee shops, which usually have pretty impressive artwork. In particular, there was one poster of a chemistry equation, which somehow related to the process of the coffee industry - it reminded me of one of my favorite TV shows, Breaking Bad! My coffee, as simple as it was, was pretty good, and the two (2) baristas that I interacted with were really nice. In addition, as boring as this sounds, I also appreciated the ease of their parking lot, which made this an easy coffee shop to go to.
