Awful. My wife and I went through the drive through, we both ordered caramel macchiatos. One of the easiest drinks to make. Usual long line in the drive through. We were on our way to Denver airport to fly home and were in a rush. Paid, got our drinks and we hit the road. Then we tasted our drinks. Neither of them had espresso in them. Nada. Zilch. Nothing. Pure steamed milk. Of course we were 5 miles up the road and didn't have time to go back. Wasted money. How do you make an espresso drink and forget the ONE ingredient that makes it an espresso?!?!? Went through the drive thru because I had my puppy with me and I usually go inside. The girl on that took my order (Isabel) was just hating life. No hello no nothing just took my order handed me my drinks without saying a word. Just very impolite and rude. Friendliest Starbucks ever! When you walk in they yell their welcome greetings! I was there the first day of the pumpkin spice release so they were busy. Jordan especially is super amazing, probably the main reason why I enjoy going to this Starbucks so much. So Meea , Asher , Christy Lynn make this place ! The rest of the baristas know my face and know my order . They know when I pull up exactly what I want . They always have it ready quickly and they are great to chat and say hello to . They keep everyone moving along but their customer experience is created without making you feel like just another dollar to them . Sbucks pushes their partners HARD on that and this location does a great job . Any time I've had an issue they've made sure to make it right but that hasn't happened in quite some time . Today I had to go inside ( I'm a drive through person lol ) and buy a new mug for work since I washed my silicone ring and lost it ‍. Meea saw me and was awesome . She has such a great personality . I really, really want to love this location. Here's why I can't: the music indoors is typically so loud it's difficult to get a correct order in. I can't understand when the person behind the counter is asking me if I want anything else, if they're reading my order back to me, or what (this is exacerbated by the mask situation). But they have an absolutely amazing outdoor seating area, right? Covered and everything. They also have their drive thru station at the edge of this, and it's always CRANKED TO THE MAX VOLUME! I like this location, its clean and nice and the cashier is always friendly. The manager that runs the drive through is pretty awesome. But the baristas, they could use some help. The drive-thru is always way faster then going inside. I feel bad about waiting in line at the drive-thru because you could be blocking someone from pulling out of the parking lot. Usually I have to go inside, which I dread because even though I order fast and there is only 1-2 people ahead of me, it always takes at least 15 minutes to get my drink. I don't order anything complicated either. I hope they get help with the inside-ordering baristas. read more

I come to this Starbucks almost every day before work! I have a dairy allergy and so I always order my drink with soy milk!
