This location feels like it's mainly drive thru focused but the drinks are made well here, staff is friendly and timely, and I rarely have a drink mix up here. I dont drink coffee so when I come here it's for a sweet drink or treat. I saw that they came out with a new refresher for summer that has boba balls, and I had to try it. They give you a large enough straw to try the boba with the drink, and they nailed it with one. It's so sweet and refreshing, the little pops of Raspberry throughout give a nice touch. I'd love for them to expand the boba and keep them coming. This location is also great because the line zooms by, the wait is very short. This Starbucks is AMAZING! Most (if not all) of the "bad" reviews are from yers ago. The entire location has been remodeled and re staffed. Everyone is friendly and hospitable, Amber is the manager & she is always so welcoming and kind to guests. I have a handful of favorites (Sonny, Kim, Ren, Amber - the guys are great as well) but truthfully, everyone is awesome! Food is great and there is really no long wait times! dear interquest starbucks (specifically sunny and vivi), me and my brother came through the drive through this afternoon, but it was no ordinary drive through, it was a life changing experience. we asked for a grande strawberry and cream frappuccino, and what we got at the window was MASTERPIECE. vivi poured her heart and soul into this creation! she added whip on the top and bottom, but it in a venti cup, and decorated like van gough with that strawberry puree. we thought we were simple popping by a chain coffee store this morning, who knew that this is the best coffee shop on the planet. sunny gave us our drinks and hyped up her girl vivi to us, wow do i want a manager like that!! we came for coffee, and we left with healed hearts and starbucks employees that feel like family!! thank you interquest starbucks, for taking care of us like, loving us well, and serving our city one drink at a time! best starbucks in the world, everyone must come!!! read more

The only reason I'm not too fond of this Starbucks is because your dog has to be a service dog to bring them in. Some of us only have our dogs that live with us to bring us peace and mental stability. Scheels and all the other Starbucks in Colorado Springs understand this. It is the small things sometimes. If your dog is trained and won't pee or poop on the ground in the store, and the dog is well groomed and does not bark. What's the issue? Dogs are the most non-judgmental animals to their owners. Some people suffer from loneliness, especially in these days. Mental well-being is the worst in the United States, and people are judgmental. The store owner must not understand and is anti-dog and hates animals. But why? Their Starbucks won't become a Zoo. But people alone in this world will come here without their best companions, their dog, on time off from work. It's unfortunate. read more

I thought the location was very clean (including the bathroom) and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, there's a drive thru soooo I would be dropping by here all the time if I lived near by! BE AWARE: They will add in a tip to your total without asking first at the drive-thru. If I had not paid using Apple Pay rather than using my actual credit card, they would have gotten away with it. Apple Pay requires you to first view and tap the option of tipping or not. Make sure to pay attention to the total given to you at the time of ordering. I've been going to this particular Starbucks pretty close to daily for about 14 months. The staff is very "big" (especially Nels - no offense, big guy but you are kind of tall) on friendliness. To those who have left negative reviews, I recommend you get the Starbucks app and pre-order before leaving the house like I do. It's less than 2 miles door-to-door for me so when I touch "Place Order", 99/100 times, my drink is ready and waiting for me when I arrive. read more

For whatever reason every time I order it they never put the cold foam on the drink like ever. I've gone to this particular location about a handful of times and they always mess up my drink. They are out of stock of things constantly...I went in tonight through the drive thru at 8 and they were out of chai whatever fine ordered a mocha frap and they didn't ask me if I wanted whip or not figured they would just put it on there and they did not. My drink was horrible. The guy working there with pink hair seemed irritated we came 2 hours before they closed. I will not be coming back to this location such a waste of time. read more

FINALLY an easy to get to Starbucks on the north end of Colorado Springs!! Always a good experience with friendly and attentive staff. Just off the I-25 freeway at the Interquest exit makes for a quick in and out (It's a mission to get in and out of the Starbucks at the Shops at Briargate, which is the next closest location - lots of traffic and jammed up parking). Ample seating if you want to stay a while. Parking a little tricky - you either have to hang a sharp U-turn at entrance or swing through the next door bank parking lot. No big deal though. There is plenty of parking on all three sides. 5 stars for great location, great staff and of course great coffee! read more

Went in and ordered two drinks. Took them over 20 minutes to get them out. One was made wrong so she remade it and it was wrong again on the third try it was wrong again but we just took it anyways. This location is way too busy and loud which is probably why they can't get orders right. read more

Im a gold member for Starbucks for many reasons. This store's service leaves a lot to be desired. I was standing there for quite awhile where everyone who worked there made eye contact with me but no one came over. Bad lighting and horrible WiFi. I mean atrocious WiFi connection. I've been in here with 2 other people and it's STILL bad. Also I'm counting 8 lights that are out and need to be changed. Other than those two things, this is your typical Starbucks...but it's decently sized with plenty of seating. I just hope they get around to addressing these two issues. I like most the employees there. I love going there to people watch and see regulars where baristas remember their drink and have it out to them the way they like it. Those regulars never tip. The others are the reason people hate our country- they go in, act self entitled, like they are royalty, and complain. They order a drink and then complain it's not right- I and everyone in there heard you order the drink they made. I've seen people flip out and complain they waited for 15 minutes when it was really 3 minutes in line and then another one or two minutes for their drink. Some people don't understand that there is a line for drinks and some drinks take longer than others. Oh and my favorite is the people who order food, they complain it takes too long. It isn't McDonalds where it's already cooked and sitting on a warmer, they cook it when you order it. Best place to people watch and see how rude and self entitled (to nothing) some people are. read more

This particular Starbucks just continues to ruin it for me. Their online menu isn't in sync with what they actually have available so they change your drink at the window when you pick it up. Mobile orders can take up to 30 min to fill and the staff never seems to actually care. Starbucks just really isn't represented well at this location by a landslide. read more

We go here everyday. Love it. The location is great because we have to get on I 25. My order is correct 98% of the time. We always place a mobile order. During the time we come in the morning must be their busiest time. Despite long lines the staff is still happy and ready to serve. read more

Been coming here the first Sunday of every month for over two years. This is consistently the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to.

The staff welcomed us as soon as we entered the building and they even made suggestions for my little brother such as the Pokemon Go frap since he was wearing a Pokemon shirt. They made my drinks fast and they were done well. read more

Solid spot to grab yourself a caffeine fix. We opted not to use the drive through and just go inside. They have an okay selection of food, juices, etc. They have a ton of adorable cups, mugs and Starbucks memorabilia. It did take a while for our drinks and our names were swapped with other peoples...So I'm glad we didn't drive through. The bathrooms were clean and they have a ton of seating. read more
