Starbucks - University Dr. E. (College Station) Unique design inside. Friendly and welcoming baristas. When you first walk in, it feels very welcoming by not only the baristas, but also the interior design. Everything from the beautiful backsplash against the baristas counter, to the unique lighting above the four leather chairs. All of these things caught my attention and I really enjoyed spending few hours here. INVITING: As you first walk in, all of your seating arrangements will be to the left of the entrance, in an open space concept. They offer two large, conference-sized tables with eight chairs per table. Between both tables, they offer beautiful, dark maroon colored, four leather lounge chairs. By the windows, you can find more tables and chairs. They offer six tables and twelve chairs. Four additional chairs available by the Pick-Up Counter. I did not see many USB or outlets options here. SPOTLESS: Since they first opened, March 2020, you can notice the minor wear and tear on the furniture. However, one thing that is almost immediately noticeable when you walk through the café or go to place your order, how spotless it is inside. I've visited over one hundred Starbucks locations worldwide and most will still have minor dust or crum on the tables. Not here. Even behind the area where baristas are busy making your favorite beverage, they somehow manage to keep it clean. Very impressive and cudos to the team. It's not only pleasing to the eyes, but you get a peace of mind ordering from them. PATIO: Patio was nice and thoughtfully designed. It is fully covered by hard rooftop, to help you stay cool from the sun. Or, dry from the rain. Here, you will find more comfortable seating. They offer six tables with twelve chairs. Although, the patio is more narrow, they did a good job spacing out the seating to make you feel like you're not cramped in. RESTROOM: Restroom was spotless clean and I personally loved that they chose the same wall design they used by the baristas area. It makes the restroom very distinct from many other locations and it's very bright in there. OVERALL: I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean. My drink tasted fresh and was prepared quickly. My only minor recommendation would be, to start offering to bring your drinks to your table, if you ordered in a For-Here Mug. Not a big deal but it's a nice customer touch I've noticed many of the other locations around the world are starting to focus on. read more

A nicer Starbucks than I usually go into. Clean, well organized, and it felt comfortable inside. My barista was extremely friendly, upbeat, cheerful, and was able to separate me getting points from using a different card, which was very nice. This is the only time I've ever left a tip lol. I will definitely stop at the Starbucks next time. I'm in town. read more

I was close by, did an online order. I added the new Raspberry syrup to the red (white) and blue drink. (Half of the suggested pumps.) It's fun and refreshing (hence the name refresher). I love Starbucks. Always have. I have reviewed nine million Starbucks and have generally loved them all. (There have been a handful of bum locations.) This one has huge beautiful work tables and a large good room. A lovely place to work. For what it is worth ... One of Starbuck's special holiday offerings - Sugar Cookie Latte - Should be avoided like the plague. It does not taste like Sugar Cookies. Or like anything. It is one of the only tasteless lattes I have ever gotten from a Starbucks. Don't worry - they have all the other standard Starbucks offerings here. If you need a Peppermint Mocha Latte with an iced lemon loaf, they can do you. But I won't notice if you order something too exotic. I will be too busy working. read more

Using birthday rewards 8.3.23 Who does not love something free for their birthday!?! It was my birthday and of course we all know that you HAVE TO GET YOUR FREE BDAY DRINK on your birthday. Since it was so hot outside I did not want anything with milk so I ordered a frozen pineapple passion fruit lemonade refresher. They were out of the pineapple chunks but that was ok with me. I have never tried it before. It was really good. I would get it again. This location was quite large and was located next to the FedEx I went to. Thank you Starbies for my bday drink. This food is fresh and definitely worth it! The gentle man that took our order went above and beyond the call of duty. He made me and my party feel welcomed and reminded me of home. Employees were kind but I put in a one drink order inside as the line outside was wrapped around and blocking traffic. I placed my order at 9:36 and it was given to me at 9:56... and it was wrong. Didn't say anything as they were super busy, but I just thought that was kind of crazy. read more

I really like this Starbucks, it is one my top 5 Starbucks locations in Bryan/College Station*, and I feel that the team members are friendly and that the service is fast.** Great location. Parking lot is often very full; so, I park in front of Five Guys. I really like using my Starbucks application to pay. Modern. Long wait this morning. Baristas need retrained as neither of the drinks (white mocha and caramel macchiato) I ordered were decent. My husband would rather throw the $10 drink away than drink it because it was so bad. read more

I would recommend going to any other Starbucks in the BCS area. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The drive through line gets backed up because orders are not taken at the same time drinks are being made. People sit at the window for 5 minutes at a time before anybody even opens it to say their order is being made. Today I sat in the drive through line for nearly 30 minutes. There were only 8 cars! There needs to be better time management and multitasking at this store. read more

I've been to this Starbucks a handful of times and have only had positive things to say about it. But this morning was different. The guy working the drive thru was great. Very friendly. But they need to check the cups before filling the coffee. I got my drink and left. A few sips in, I got something solid. I had to spit it out. Inside my cup was a giant fly. Not a small one.
