Worst drinks ever!! Got a 3 shot espresso with EXTRA SALTED Carmel cream cold foam and I received bland, watered down coffee with barely ANY cold foam. And get this, the SALTED cold foam WASNT EVEN SALTED!! Like why is salted even in the name when the employees don't even add salt?! It was the sweetest cold foam I ever had!! And also, I had gotten a pink drink WITH LIGHT ICE. What did I get?? BARELY ANY DRINK WITH A TON OF ICE!! And the drink was so watered down!! No, I didn't order it and wait a while to get it. I got the drink as soon as it came out. Most watered down thing I ever tasted!! Would not recommend this place!! The Starbucks by the Buffalo Wild Wings and Kroger's is WAY better. Worth the money. I placed an order for 1 caramel frappe and 1 caramel ribbon crunch with oat milk no whipped cream on the bottom. I watched the barista make both of my frappes with whole milk. She corrected the oat milk mistake, then made the order with whipped cream on the bottom. The barista made a 3rd correction, but did not label the frappes. Someone else grabbed the frappe. I asked for a refund because I did not have another 20' minutes to spare. I understand that mistakes happen especially when the store is crowded, but there should never be a mishap with the milk and non-dairy products as another customer explained to the manager on duty after witnessing the error with my order. read more

So this place was here when I first moved here back in June 2022 but apparently had a fire and took awhile to reopen. Just reopened this past December 2023 I believe? Anyway the location page was removed off yelp? So I'm just gonna start by saying for the most part I have great service here. Always greeted with a smile and rarely wait longer than anticipated. Pretty clean and the drive thru runs pretty smooth. Fast forward to two orders I've placed in the last month. I know we're all human and there's A LOT of drinks to remember here. But there's also apps and coworkers if you don't know a recipe. I ordered a London fog latte when I was getting over the flu, they forgot the vanilla. No big deal, not enough to turn around, but I DID call them and let the employee know it was made incorrectly so it didn't happen again. Didn't ask for a refund, again not that big of a deal. I ordered one again the other night... and the curly blondish headed girl with glasses that was working the drive thru I simply asked if it had vanilla, before I drove off. She says "it's not made with vanilla but I can add some. It would normally be a charge but I won't charge you this time". I told her the drink comes with vanilla, traditional recipe. Not me being extra. She chimes back with "that's not how it comes up on my screen but I'm happy to make it and not charge you". All that to say, idk the protocol or how they're trained. But this just irked me. Acting like you're doing me a solid by not charging me for fixing the drink the way it should've been made to begin with, then not taking accountability. The lack of accountability was the worst part. Just admit that maybe you didn't know and fix it. Don't act like you're hooking me up and then not learn from it. Definitely put way more than should've been in it too. I just wanted the standard drink. Nothing special, AT ALL. End of rant. Otherwise things are great and I will be back but will avoid ordering that just out of pure annoyance. read more

This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Every time I have been here, the line in the drive thru moves so quickly. Today, the line was 10 cars deep & I was through in less than 10 minutes. The staff are always polite and helpful. I come here every time I'm in town! Absolutely phenomenal. read more

Edit- called the manager and she did offer me a refund.... This is the slowest Starbucks in town! I have been in the drive through over 20 mins now. When I got here there were only 5 cars ahead of me! When I finally got to order the employee told me they couldn't make my drink- a drink I've had at every Starbucks in town! Poorly managed location: Order took over 20 minutes to complete in cafe. Having worked for Starbucks for 2 years, it was clear to see that this location suffered from poor management and the staff lacked the ability to multi task/ jump position to complete orders in a timely manner. This store has great potential to be highly effective as this location seems to be very popular. :) read more

If a customer comes in without a mask on, AFTER THE MASK MANDATE HAS EXPIRED, it's probably not a good idea to loudly attempt to embarrass said customer and tell them they can wait outside (in the rain) or go through the drive through. After telling the self-appointed mask police that I wasn't wearing it because I have a health condition he again mentioned that I could wait outside. He was also rude to my daughter when picking up our order at the counter. Don't worry though, one of his coworkers apologized for his rudeness and offered me a paper mask which I put on and covered my mouth which is all I can do because of breathing trouble (recent asthma diagnosis). I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on. read more

I went through the drive thru at this location this morning around 10 am. It was very busy, but they got us all through in no time. The service was great, the guy at the window was super nice. I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato. It was delicious and exactly what I was craving! I'd definitely revisit this location again. read more

I ordered a coffe at 7:40am, after waiting for 35 minutes I asked how much longer it was going to be. Jumias had A terrible attitude and tone when responding to me telling me "it wasn't going to be ready any time soon". Not only did she have a terrible attitude towards me but she is very unprofessional as well. Man, this place was packed with posers on our Sunday trip. No fault of the 'Bucks, of course. The girl got the Coconut Al Pacino (or something like that) that tasted like a Samoa girl scout cookie, awesome. I really don't know what it was I got; some other kind of Al Pacino, Fran Pacino, Marlon Brando, whatever. I told the clerk I needed something sugar free due to my low-carb diet. He asked if caramel was okay, I said sure. It was pretty good. I could tell it was sugar free, but it wasn't awful. Cashier greeted me very nicely in the DT asked for my order, and then asked me to repeat myself because she was having another conversation with someone inside. Then they made my coffee wrong..... again. It seems like more often than not they get my order wrong. I give them chance after chance... done now. The downside to this location, which also probably has to do with what time I come through, would be how busy they are! Lucky for me since I go there every morning they know what I want. I always get a venti nonfat, 4 pump, no whip white mocha. It's delicious! My morning wouldn't be the same without it. This location makes my coffee the best, the location on Wilma Rudolph for some reason always makes my coffee and it tastes burnt. The staff is no where near as friendly at Wilma Rudolph but they are much quicker with their service. I would rather wait, my coffee be perfect and receive excellent customer service than to receive my coffee quickly. My son can't go to daycare in the morning without a cake pop from here, he loves them! I love this location and will be here in the morning, as I always am, for my morning pick me up:) read more

The hours this store is open is random. Sometimes closed completely like today for no reason. Sometimes they are open but can't use the app to prepare it ahead of time. They were closed completely for several weeks for the covid-19 crisis whereas the other store across town was open. You can't count on it being open when you need it. read more

I've been to all the Starbucks in Clarksville and this location is my favorite. I've had only one negative experience with a male employee but maybe he was having a bad day because I've never had any issues after that. Inside definitely looks better after the remodel. I always order my drinks through the mobile app and I've never had any problems. My order has always been ready when I've arrived. read more

I go to Starbucks almost everyday, but this is my first time at this location. I'm not sure if it was just luck or whatever. But today I was in and out in about 5 minutes, and the order was PERFECT. My barista, Michael, made my order just right. Normally I'd have to wait 10+ minutes at the other locations. Today's staff really deserve a pat on the back, the drive thru was busy and they had a room full but still managed to have each guest in and out. read more

We've never had an issue until today when we came and got ONE venti cold brew iced coffee. The guy behind the window had an odd demeanor to start, and then he handed is a grande drink. My husband gave it back and said oh hey we had a venti (it says this on the sticker thing) the guy looks at us like we are crazy. The guy takes the drink, and then we watch him dump it in to a venti cup, there was about two inches left to fill the cup, he puts a splash of cold brew coffee in it, then a bunch of water, then a huge scoop of ice so much that he had to take some out to get the lid on. Then he handed me and my husband the drink literally laughing like it was funny. I had to talk my husband out of going back in and complaining, since telling them our drink was wrong didn't do much but cause a barista(o!) to be a dick. read more

I use to go in daily. I'm a regular. Seems like they can never get an order right no more. When I tell them the order is wrong they get an attitude. The price you pay for coffee you expect it to be right. I have to repeat my order at least 3 times. They always have new help. I'll be going else where from now on. read more

The white chocolate mocha is my favorite. It doesn't always taste they same. Like they're not consistent with how they make them. They have great breakfast. I've tried a couple of their sandwiches. It is expensive and not the fastest service. read more
