I actually liked them. A lot. They are at least four times faster than the place in front of Fred Meyer and 6-7 times faster than local Dutch bros. And of course the speed is not everything, but I know that if I am in a hurry and just want a simple coffee I can, yes overpay, it is all pricey since 2018 no matter what you do, but compared to getting any other beverage you are not making yourself it is not bad, and I feel like there is a service and sense of urgency which lacks at some other drive thru places nearby. Now if I had time and I may had travelled further, but for a simple place they work fast enough for my needs. I also stopped inside couple times with friends and it was great. As far as the food is concerned I think, I got something extra simple which is hard to spoil so I can not judge. I didn't really even want the coffee. I just wanted a spot where I could plug in my laptop for a bit and charge up. This Starbucks got that done. Sitting at one of the larger tables in the corner, I plugged in both laptops and phone while my tall blonde roast coffee cooled. Wifi worked well. Music wasn't too loud. I visit Pocatello a couple of times a year. Every morning between 6&7, I go to this Starbucks drive-thru and get 2 venti dark roasts with a little bit of ice, and one with cream. Every time the coffee is strong and the perfect temperature. The customer service is very outstanding. The staff is super friendly and smiling all the time. It is a pleasure to come here and a great start to my morning. We need more Starbucks like this one. read more

I guess I can't complain too much about the burnt tasting coffee, since my friend was paying. Starbucks is awful, they burn their beans to give them their signature flavor, and then they add the caffeine again. Their coffee always gives me acid, and they're the only place that does that. Avoid this chain, get yourself some real coffee from somewhere that isn't a chain. read more

AVOID, and yes, I do mean AVOID this place, the employees are too busy on their phones to pay attention to the customers. To say the quality is poor is extremely kind. The over-priced drinks (which if they are made correctly I don't have a problem with the price point) are usually left with more than a "little space" at the top, and god forbid you ask them to make it right.... just save urself the time, and money, and go to the gas station across the freeway! If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would have, I showed up at 9:15 and the lights were off. The website and store both say the store closes at 9:30, I drove way out of my way to get there before driving back to Boise and they failed me. Wow........what is it about this particular location? They give someone else your order, they forget your order. They screw up the order at the menu and at the window? Seriously......hire smarter? I can't really comment on the product, since all the product is corporate, but as for execution.....this particular location consistently let's us down.....time after time after time and time again. I think we will be changing locations after this the 5th time in a row, that we sit and sit and sit waiting for someone with a clue to appear at the window. This location is a little slow at times, especially the drive-thru, but otherwise it's your normal Starbucks. The employees are friendly. i wish it was on I-15 but it's only a slight deviation for a roadtrip. read more

They ran out of all breakfast sandwiches, which was disappointing but the staff's friendly demeanor and dedication to make it right took care of our situation. The coffee tasted as consistent as Starbucks coffee should, the staff was nice, coffee came up quickly, and the facility was clean. But they refused to do special order, simply saying they can't. But I did not understand how come all other Starbucks can do it and they can't. On the top of that the employee was so rude.
