Every time I come to this Starbucks I'm always tested well. My frap is always perfect and so is my breakfast sandwich.

This Starbucks location is extremely slow. Every time I've waiting at least 30 minutes for my drinks. The parking lot is terrible for the drive thru. It backs up and blocks traffic. The staff is friendly, but it seems there are lots of employees behind the counter but very few making drinks. Won't be back to this location! read more

Traveling down the I55 corridor today, I was delighted to find this Starbucks almost right next door to the gas station where we stopped for fuel. I ran in to get a quick Vanilla Spice Latte for the rest of the trip. The barista's greeted me and were friendly. My beverage was made to specification and the store was clean. I look forward to stopping here again next time I'm through 'the Cape'. This store also has a drive thru, which is convenient since the store is almost right off of I55. And I highly recommend the Vanilla Spice Latte. It is not too sweet and the cardamon reminded me of coffee I had when traveling in the Middle East. Service is decent enough with some employees friendlier than others, but they really need to work on their order accuracy. This is the third time we've asked for our flavored drinks with half the flavoring pumps, but still received the usual amount (which is WAY too sweet!). We try and watch our sugar and calories even when getting treats like Starbucks coffee, but inaccurate orders could cause major problems for customers that are more sensitive to glucose. I used to love it here but it has went downhill FAST. The last few times I've been here, my order is wrong. Today I ordered a drink without whipped cream and it had whipped cream on it. What was bad though was the sticker on the cup said 'no whip' so you would think it would be right. My mom ordered scones and they got her order right but they didn't have my scones and when I mentioned it they kept talking about my mom's scones. We were two separate orders, I wanted scones too! Not a good Starbucks.....SO dirty! One bathroom was so dirty (pee all over floor) that we went into second bathroom. This one was just as bad. Honestly they were worse than a gas station bathroom. The floors in eating area were dirty, tables were dirty, and trash overflowing. The service was poor. This was the first time I was not even asked my name.
