I came to this Starbucks when I was on my way to meet a client. It's near the Bridgemill Golf Course and it sorta sit up on a hill a bit. I think I've driven past it a few times and not even know it was there. I'm surprised that Starbucks would put a store here since there aren't really anything around here. If you go further up the street there is where all of the other businesses are located. Businesses such as Publix, McDonalds, CVS, Texaco, Marco's pizza, Cherokee Auto Spa, and KFC. The drive thru is located behind the building-there are no signs indicating this. If you're turning in from Merolla Dr. Just keep driving (past the dental place) around to the back. If you turn immediately into Starbucks as I did only to realize there are no entrance to the drive thru from here AND no free available parking spots then you will have to back out because there is not an opening to the back of the shopping strip from here. It's a pain... I was able to come in get my soy misto without a hitch. The coffee which was the Pike blend tasted like it was pretty fresh...no burnt taste. My soy was steamed just right...thanks guys for a refreshing afternoon pick me up. Be back next time I'm in the area. read more

I've visited this location a couple times but have just placed mobile orders for pick-up. Service is friendly, quick, and efficient. My only con is the drive through access -- you have to enter the drive through from the back of the building, and last time I came here, I forgot and ended up driving the wrong way from the front... read more

Your typical Starbucks complete with a list of overpriced drinks and music that doesn't seem to fit this location. The local pictures of Canton are a nice touch. The parking here is ridiculously awful. The staff was average. At times it is very clean and then other times it is dirty. As an avid Starbucks connoisseur, I (like most drinkers) have a favorite drink. Mines is an Iced White Mocha with Coconut Milk and 2 pumps of SF Vanilla.. if you haven't tried it, you must :). Anywho, the taste from this location was one of the best!! The loss of a star is due to the inconsistency in pricing! I purchase this drink AT LEAST 4 days a week (shame on me) and this location was higher in price than the others. The base menu price for a grande white mocha is $4.75 at all locations. Some upcharge for the added SF Vanilla. Some upcharge for Coconut Milk. Some don't charge at all for the extras! THIS STORE CHARGED FOR BOTH!! I'm just asking, be consistent cause it messes up my card balance as I know how many drinks I can get before I have to add more money!! ;) read more

So glad to have this Starbucks near my house, but it could use improvement. The coffee and food is good here and the service is ok. I've been here several times and sometimes I get the best service, but other times it takes a while for someone to wait on me and just this morning I ordered a danish and ended up with a breakfast sandwich instead. If I could give this location a zero... I would. I live in Bridgemill so unfortunately this location is the most convenient for me. I have probably been to this location a total of 20 times. Each time praying that my experience will be better then the last. But, NOPE.. it NEVER is. Not only is every single visit through the drive thru a 15 minute ordeal but they almost ALWAYS mess up my drink and they aren't very friendly. I've never wrote a review on anything in my entire life. But really felt people should know how crappy this place is ran. The last time I was there I waited at the window a solid 8 minutes... just staring at my, no whip frapp... (which was of course loaded with whipped cream) with no one in sight.. including costumers inside. When a young man finally came to the window, he took my money and handed me the melted frap with disgusting whipped cream running down the sides of it. No, "sorry about the wait", "sorry let me get you some napkins" or "hey sorry I completely messed up your order for the 100th time"... not even a "have a good day."Clearly there is poor leadership here. I now take my business elsewhere.. like the Starbucks on the other end of sixes at Holly Springs. Those people are ALWAYS so friendly and they haven't gotten my simple order wrong once! I'm writing this a few months later, which says something--the service at this location is unbelievable. I arrived one day having ordered via the app only to find that I had driven to the wrong Starbucks! The barista there made me the exact same drink for free. Honestly since it was my fault, it should have ended with me driving to the other location or paying for the drink he made. I'm just grateful that they accommodated me! On any other day, of course, the staff is warm and efficient. I don't think every Starbucks is created equal, and this one especially exceeds expectations. read more

Literally the worst and slowest Starbucks out there. Go to the one right off the freeway if you want coffee. They make you pull up to a parking spot to help their"window time" which is corporately regulated. My tip is: if you go there, refuse to move your vehicle. That way they are forced to do better service instead of pretending everything is fine. read more

I've visited several locations, but THIS ONE, by far, is my favorite. I've NEVER waited in a long line in the drive thru early in the morning. The woman who takes ur DT order is ALWAYS so cheery, friendly and consistent each time. She welcomes you and always asks if she can't get something started for you in the oven. The rest of the staff are all friendly, smiley and always correct and prompt with my order. I had the pleasure of meeting their district manager this morning too, who introduced himself in the DT window to me, and even he was so friendly and ensured me that he will recognize his deserving staff for a job well done. This is my go to morning coffee shop, I've always been treated well and the service is always quick. They have a nice small porch that most of the time is overly sun baked but when you catch it at the right time, it can be perfect with even better views of the mountains. read more

I give 2 stars because I use to go to this location almost every other day. I typically go through the drive-thru because I noticed when going in - people are not as cheery behind the counter but at the drive-thru there is too ladies that make the experience pleasant! I chose to stop going because the quality of drinks went down...I order a mocha Frappuccino and it taste like a vanilla sour milkshake...every. Single. Time. So, now I go in once a year...for my birthday because you get a free drink and I can see if the quality is better to start going again. :) I go to this location because it's right up the road from me. Today is my birthday so I went in. I did not receive my typical email or any notification but I thought it would be attached to my card or something. Once I asked we scanned my card and it didn't pop up. So, I bought my drink. Which was fine. I thought I may get an apology...or some small token of regret because well starbucks is always about going beyond for their customers but I got a half smile and I don't know..happy birthday. I didn't need the free drink anyway even though I look forward to it each year because I use to love my mocha frappucinos. So, I took my sip - still a year later taste like a sour vanilla milkshake. Me and my family always get coffee from here when I am visiting for the weekend. The coffees served are always hot, the staff is friendly and hard working, and the dining area and counters are always clean. Wi-Fi is available inside, and there are tables outside. I have never had a problem with parking here. The only problem I have had at this location is the line for the drive thru window. Not because of the service, but due to a high volume of traffic. If you are going to the drive thru, be prepared to wait. Especially when you have someone in front of you who has a tendency to ask fifty questions before purchasing a coffee with no cream or sugar. So remember to leave a tip for those baristas who have to play "Fifty Stupid Questions" on a daily basis. Iced coffees are available, as well as pastries and breakfast sandwiches. I have not tried any of the breakfast sandwiches, but intend to on my next visit. I do order a latte most of the time I am here. This location makes a great latte. A great location for this area with great coffees and service, whether you are getting coffee for the morning commute to work, running errands, or just kicking back on the weekend. read more
