This Starbucks is tucked away right next to the train station. Must be a newer location as it's pretty large. There are ample seats indoors and outdoors. read more

Just an absolutely amazing place…read more Came here while on a short tour of France and it ended up being my favorite place. I have a tradition that my favorite place is the the place I return to before going back home and the tradition remains. Stopped by here while walking around and exploring. It looked like a chill place I could read and have a coffee and it was just that. Emilie's has a nice outside (with awning) and a chill inside, with air conditioning. All the seating is very comfortable, but inside has soft seating, if that's your thing. WiFi is excellent and you've got some table games to choose from on a shelf also. The staff is exceptionally nice and speak magnificent English. The coffee is good, but it's the tasty treats that are incredible. I had a cookie, which was great, but their zucchini bread BLEW ME AWAY!!! If I go back to Canne, I think I'll end up living here. PS: Watch out for pigeons if you sit outside. They're as aggressive as my native NYC pigeons.

Many of them speak English fluently, but are very nice and patient with you if you practice speaking your French! The cafe also has a "set menu" where you can choose from a salad or bagel menu and combine it with a cookie or a drink for a relatively affordable price! This is very helpful for students on a budget. The portions sizes were large and could match up American sized meal standards! The place is also very cute and trendy for pictures or just hanging out! Ps the Nutella muffin is amazing!!

Although a chain, I love Laduree!…read more So happy I did my research ahead of time and discovered there was a Laduree in Cannes right off the main street of shops. The workers were helpful, spoke perfect English, and packaged my goodies so I could hand carry them on the flight back home. I chose the assortment of 12 macarons and I have to admit that while all the flavors were delectable, my favorite was lemon. I usually opt for a more sweeter flavor as my favorite, but the lemon flavor was perfect and the macaron tasted similar to a lemon bar. I wished I got multiple! Laduree is a bit of a splurge, but it's definitely a treat that I will always enjoy!

Where did all my pictures go?…read more Quality/Quantity - Decent size location. Well plenty of seats inside. The outside was slightly smaller and shared with the other businesses...? But on another beautiful day like today, everyone sits outside. Not many souvenir options. Ambiance - See above and pictures. Service - Good. Coming from the States, this was your typical Starbucks in terms of menu and food offerings (less…read moresnacks than the larger Starbucks) but super super crowded on a Sunday afternoon at the mall, probably because the mall was one of the few things open on a Sunday (the joys of France). They had the usual teas, coffee drinks, Frappucinos, new tea lattes (matcha latte, rooibos lattes), and baked goods. The wait seemed longer than normal, especially since I got just a hot tea, which at just over 4€ seems expensive for just a tea bag and hot water. I could've just gone to the Kusmi Tea and bought 10 tea bags for almost the same price. The line was fast to pay (didn't have to wait more than 1 min) but the drink took around 5 min. I wasn't in a hurry so it was fine. There weren't a ton of seats since it was really crowded and the mall store layout is on the smaller side. All in all, this is fine if there's nothing open or you're craving Starbucks, but I'm sure there are better tea and coffee places out there. Maybe the Starbucks novelty is worn off on me since I'm from the States and we have copious amounts of Starbucks.
