The americanno coffee is better then Starbucks. Less bitter. The pastries are very fresh and very good. I can't remember the name but there's a great Nutella one they serve. Service is really good. Music is a good mix and isn't too loud that you can't hold a conversation properly. Good place to get away, as well as to have business meetings at.

I ordered the Matcha Lemonade, which had a mixture of lemonade soda and a matcha flavor to it for $7.50. Given the price and the small portion cup, I felt like it was a bit underwhelming at best given the price, and I don't feel like I got my money's worth. However, given the experience, I would reccomend this coffee shop to tourists in the area! Just not great for the price.

Thankfully there was a south side location that was easy to access from the main highway and plenty of space inside (not too busy) The breakfast cups were delicious and quite filling! like huge muffin-shaped mini Omelettes And the customized eggnog steamer was a nice sweet touch (since I'm unable to enjoy lattes or anything coffee-related lol) I would enjoy another breakfast here again~

In addition, the fact that you can get wine here is wonderful. I also like that when you stay they give you your drinks in reusable mugs rather than paper such as Starbucks because it's more environmentally friendly. I also like that they help support local businesses such as selling Fiasco Gelato at their store. The one thing that is my most favourite about this location is the patio. It is huge with so much seating space and they leave a water dish out for dogs :)

As a Yank, Tim Hortons is an interesting and intriguing phenomenon. They are literally everywhere…read more What I am most aware of is the vast difference in quality of service and food between the different locations. I have stopped at many Tim Horton locations, and I tend to grab a hot sandwich at each. Usually, they are ... succulent, hot roast beef, melted cheese, soft ciabatta buns. This Tim Hortons - Seaton Crescent - served a cold ... well, I discarded the ciabatta buns as inedible. And the wait time between order and delivery for this sandwich was enormous. This is a hopping joint, busy busy busy on a Saturday morning, the food coming off that line should have been fresh, hot and delicious. And it was not. Great location, Nice, new building, disorganized staff, mediocre food. Sorry Tim, this location - Seaton Crescent - gets two stars.

I'm really not someone who typically writes negative reviews, but the experience at this Starbucks…read morehas gotten to the point where I feel like something needs to be said. Almost every time I come in, there seems to be a completely new employee who is clearly still learning and doesn't seem to have the training or support they need. What's even more frustrating is that they are often left working on their own without a supervisor or experienced employee around to guide them. I genuinely feel bad for the employees because it seems like they're being put in a position where they're expected to figure things out themselves. Unfortunately, this has also had a major impact on the quality of the drinks. I have lost count of how many times I've paid Starbucks prices for a drink, brought it home, taken one sip, and ended up throwing it in the garbage because it was genuinely undrinkable. I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially with new employees, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes incredibly frustrating. I'm not expecting perfection, and I have nothing against the individual employees. If anything, I think they deserve better training and support. The constant turnover, lack of supervision, and inconsistency in drink quality really need to be addressed. I've been a Starbucks customer for a long time, but I'm at the point where I hesitate to go to this location because I simply don't know if I'm going to leave with a drink I can actually enjoy. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this location has gone downhill significantly and it's disappointing to see.
