Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and accountability was extremely frustrating. I specifically ordered three different varieties because this was my first purchase and I wanted to try each one before deciding whether to order again. I had hoped to support a local business, but this experience has made me question whether future orders would be handled reliably. I am giving the business only a couple more business days to ship the missing bag or refund the charge for the product I did not receive. If the issue is not resolved within that time, I will dispute the charge for the unfulfilled portion of the order with my credit card company. I thought their coffee was pretty good. The coffee here is a little more bolder and less sweet than the U.S (which I like). Tim Hortons offers many of your basic espresso drinks that you would find on any coffee menu. The Original Blend Double Double and Iced Capp are their popular sellers.
