Great drink, I get at least 1 every week but I order light ice every time and it's never light ice. It's extra ice basically and I get 3 sips of the drink and then it's gone. The only reason I left 4 stars and not 5 is because there isn't enough drink to genuinely enjoy it. Again, there's no problem with the drink itself, there's just too much ice. Here again I sit in line at Starbucks. Yesterday, my coffee was literally half full. $6.37 and not even a full cup. As I placed my order this morning. The very happy and friendly gentleman that took my order, upon giving me my total said, "$6.37 brings you closer to heaven" as I was leaving, "Jesus and I thank you" (Today my coffee is full after complaining about yesterdays.) My point of my review, check to make sure your drink is full and employees, though trying to be funny because they do have a hard job and are short handed, don't bring Jesus or heaven into your greetings. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs but to get a coffee I shouldn't have to hear this. I would never tell one of my Bar or dining room customers, Jesus and I thank you. Got all the way to the store and the mobile ordering was turned off. Upon waiting in line one of the workers turned it on. Thank goodness! When I did my order I just hit re-order like normal for my drink. I asked for 5 shots of espresso and usually the color of the drink is a medium brown when I've ordered in the past at other locations. I have a dietary allergy to regular milk so I ordered oat milk. When I got the drinks it was made with regular milk and 1-2 shots of espresso at most. So I reluctantly walked back into the store after doing a mobile order through the drive thru. The girl that did the blond espresso today had the biggest attitude ever! It was super upsetting and honestly her behavior in the store will make me never want to come back to this location ever again. To ice the cake on the experience.... She did make 5 shots of espresso but dumped over 1/2 of it down the drain... so I was left with maybe 1-2 shots again.... Glad I paid over $6 for a drink that can't even be made correctly the 1st time much less the 2nd. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks, which is saying something because I have loved nearly every Starbucks I've ever been in. This one has the absolute friendliest staff and will let me stay and work without judgement. Plus my food and drinks always taste perfect. read more

Went through the drive-thru and we were greeted by a very cheery young man. He was super nice and he made it a fun experience!

This is a beautiful Starbucks and the employees are lovely. However no recycling bin???Come on Starbucks live up to your mission!

My egg white wrap was soggy and The egg soufflés were just thrown in a bag and it took about 15 minutes to get both.

Worst Starbucks I've ever visited. It took more than 23 mins (23 is when I started counting) to get our 3 drinks and 2bfast sandwiches...IN THE DRIVE THRU. When one of the drinks was handed to us, it fell and spilled. We were in such a hurry at this point we couldn't wait for them to make us another. In addition, I asked him to use my reward and coupon when he went to scan my app. He forgot and said he didn't know how to go back and fix it. This store has a great atmosphere and I absolutely enjoy just sitting and listening to music or reading. The staff is very friendly and are always very eager to help. With this being a new store there are of course ups and downs, but the staff is always more than willing to help out or make things right. read more

It is becoming a common occurrence to see what the next item is that they have run out of... chai (again).... venti cups? What next? Drive through accuracy is not consistent. Sometimes the drinks are a little low (too much foam). It is a shame, because most of the staff makes this a great place to go to. read more

Customer service is a joke, didn't have large size cup so instead of letting us get a bigger size we had to get a small. Then while we wait 15 minutes for 2 small drinks they offer the bigger size to drive thru. When I go to the counter to ask they pretty much told me to go f#@k myself. I love Starbucks, don't get me wrong, but if I'm going to pay for the overpriced coffee I want it to be good!!!! I get the same beverage every time I go, and the last couple of times I have gotten it has been different colors, flavors, and it makes me very sad. This Starbucks needs to retrain their staff and clean up their store. The girl taking my order was pleasant but they didn't tell me when my drink was ready even though I was standing close waiting. Last 2 times I have been there, there is a wall of boxes(assuming a shipment) stacked and partly open. Boxes and crap stuck every where on any shelf available on display above counter. Isn't that what back rooms are for? Staff acts like they couldn't care less about being there. The whole store looked dirty. read more
