Zero stars for customer service. Rude, snarky baristas more than a few times now. At least they manage to make a decent drink.

I guess a lot of people are with me on this. Very, very slow service. The wait is obnoxious but I have always been patient. Now I have a serious customer service complaint. Tall guy with glasses making the drinks on 3/27 during the morning rush was a real jerk. I'm old and with a cane. I was inside waiting a very long time for my drink. There was a drink on the counter with no name on it, also for a very long time. I politely asked if that might be my drink? He was so rude and nasty for absolutely no reason. It seems to me that people in the service industry now think that they can be rude with no repercussions to any customer who they don't like just because they are busy and perhaps low paid. It's ridiculous. Today I went to another coffee shop in Beloit and was treated with respect. Bye bye Starbucks. I'm sure you won't miss me and I definitely wont miss the treatment I received yesterday. Most of the people who work there are kind and apologitic when things are so slow. O my the wait here is out of control! I seen there was a long line in drive thru so I went inside- there was one person waiting. I ordered one frap and a water I literally waited 15 minutes!!! When I got my drink it was half melted. So disappointed and what a waste of time. read more

I stop by this Starbucks on my way to Madison. It is easy to get to off the highway, has a parking lot, and free wifi like all other Starbucks locations. The place is never too crowded. It has always been clean and they always get my order correct so I have zero complaints. I have not used the drive thru but it is located next to a Jimmy Johns which is a plus. I will continue to stop at this location for my latte every time I head to Madison which is quite frequently by the amount of check ins I have. read more

Most Starbucks are the same. This place is located right off of highway 90 which is nice. They also have some decent seating inside and outside. The staff is generally nice and the area is always clean. One suggestion is to always go through the drive through. Even if there are 5 cars waiting, it will be faster than going inside. For some reason at this location, they drive through people always get served faster than people inside, even if there is no one inside. read more

Can you tell me why it takes 20 minutes to get 2 small drinks when you go inside the shop to get your drinks. This is the 3rd time I had to ask the staff when they were going to get to the in store customer orders. Also, why some customers get an upgraded size for waiting yet, I have been waiting just as long and the staff are rude when I ask about my order? This location needs a better manager on shift to ensure all customers are serviced in a timely manner. read more

They continued to argue amongst each other who should or should not receive higher compensation. Unless it has become normal for these things to be discussed while among customers (albeit loudly), then this kind of "customer experience" is one that should be avoided. read more

This Starbucks has the fastest drive-thru ever. I'm used to waiting at least 15 minutes at other locations, but here, they move so FAST! Even with 5+ cars in line they are super quick (and friendly). I've never had a bad experience here. read more

Normally this Starbucks always meets my needs but today was just not one of them. If they have a massive line and you think by doing an online order would help things move faster since you're all the way in the back and waiting 20 min you are wrong. Getting to the window I was told I would either A: loop around this massive line again or B: park go inside and still wait. I don't understand why they wouldn't just make my order once I got to the speaker after knowing I was already on my way to window. If I would have known this I would've just not use the online drive thru pick up option and just waited until I reached the speaker. Worst part Abby (or the person there at noon since I know they like to switch their name tags) seemed baffled when I told her I wanted a refund and got annoyed with me. Then after finally getting refunded you can hear Abby in the background making remarks on our canceled order. Many days I hit the drive thru window for my latte and they are quick even when the line seems long. Inside I take advantage of their free wifi and relax in a comfy chair while enjoying my drink. Good place to meet a friend and spend an hour or two chatting :) read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. The baristas made snide remarks while not knowing how to make standard drinks on their menu. They refused to take separate orders because they were in their "lunch rush hour" even though only four customers were in the store and drive thru combined. The final kicker was the fact that they were sold out of scones at 11 AM on two separate days. Avoid this location if you can. read more

Traveling from California to Minnesota. I stop along the way to get my favorite frappacino which I happen to get with extra shot and extra caramel drizzle. Usually (in cali) they put the extra caramel drizzle on inside of cup (lining the cup) so when it came out I asked her to do that for me. She questioned me like I was crazy and then rolled her eyes when she took it to do it. I thought that was very rude and uncalled for. Very disrespectful. I wanted to say something to her but decided to just let it go. But it still bothers me that someone in a position that they are working with the public would roll their eyes at the customer! read more

I visited this Starbucks to work on summer classes with my friend. We were there for a few hours, and the drinks were good, and the service was quick. I was trying to get work done, but the employees were obnoxiously yelling about how they would "grab a girl by the neck and fight her" and overusing the F-word while telling stories to each other. Personally, I don't believe it is appropriate way to talk while customers can clearly hear. They then continued to loudly complain about wages and hours. This Starbucks is amazing. Wonderful customer service, fast service, clean and friendly!!! I have seen their drive thru line go from ten cars to just two in what felt like literally only seconds. Their drinks are always made to perfection, food is fresh, and their "pupappuccino's" are definitely a favorite for my fur babies. So many more great things I could say about this place. I usually come here a few times month on my way to and from Rockford, always through the drive thru and never had a problem. Today though I ordered a tall mocha and then had to sit in the drive thru line for close to 15 minutes for the 3 cars ahead of me. When I paid it took the girl a few minutes to get my drink. She handed me my drink saying "here's your tall mocha". After I started to drive away I looked at my cup and noticed she gave me a grande latte. I tested it hoping the label was wrong. Nope. I quickly ran into the store to explain what had happened and asked if they could remake it. They wouldn't because I didn't have a receipt. The drive thru girl then said, "no I know I gave you the right drink, sorry." Not wanting to pay for a new drink or argue I just threw it out and left. Needless to say I think I will be hitting up a different Starbucks when I am on my way to Rockford after that. read more

This morning I asked for a tea from online and the girl refused to make it for me and told me she cannot steam lemonade which is fine but she could have worked with what she could have done like the guy did previously when I order the same drink a week ago it took my cold away and I wanted another one the girl huffed and puffed when I told her I had a recipe from online and got all excited when she found out it calls for steamed lemonade and that you guys can not stay in lemonade I'm very furious usually Starbucks is a place I can go where everyone is very nice and would do anything to help you I am a manager and I always ask my employees to go to Starbucks and to mimic Starbucks employees never again will I ask my employees to not try to help a customer in need read more
