She and her staff are very knowledgeable about the product they offer. I ordered an Americano while Mom had their Pumpkin Spice Chai latte. Both were delicious! Janna came over several times to make sure we were having a great visit. She even offered several suggestions for stuff to do while in town. We will definitely take her up on what was suggested. Pros - Slightly cheaper than Starbucks products, ability to serve other options outside of Starbucks, small business atmosphere with a better decorated interior. Cons - Charged for a water cup (free at most Starbucks), one worker, shorter hours. I got the Iced Caramel Brulee Lattee. I absolutely LOVED it! Other Starbucks locations in my area have been sold out of the caramel brulee syrup so I haven't been able to order there. I would have ordered 3 more if I wasn't lactose.
