The breading was perfectly cooked and was soft, flaky and tasted great. The sausage was cheesy and spicy and was very good. Their kolaches were not as phenomenal as the ones from the Kolache Factory in Cypress, but the were darn good. Service was friendly and there is a drive-thru if you don't feel like going inside. I look forward to my trips to Texas and this shop is one of the reasons.

As we walked in, I immediately saw the numerous varieties of the doughy, sausagey goodness. I picked a boudin and a jalapeno sausage kolache. They were the perfect dough to meat ratio. The dough was soft and flakey with very tasty sausage inside. The boudin kolache was a first for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The server was very friendly. We left very happy and wishing someone would open a kolache shop in New Orleans.

Built from the ground up this place has a huge concrete parking lot and excellent drive thru set up which doesn't interfere with street traffic (unlike the other 2 shops on Ned Ave). The made fresh daily donuts are awesome. They cater to the desires of customers and appreciate thier regulars. The line moves pretty quickly and Sunny is always available to greet us. He truly has a heart for the business and a love for his customers.
