Nice and fast drive thru and nice people they were super helpful with what size is what

What can I say? It's typical Starbucks. Decently tasty caffeination, industro-design interior, uber friendly barista, alt adult music trying to keep you awake long enough to get your drink, wifi commandos ensconced around the perimeter of the room, prices that used to be high (but everyone else in the coffee shop world seems to have caught up to), etc, etc, etc. Service was reasonably quick, taking only a couple minutes to deliver on the mochafication. Demerit for crumbs showing on a few tables within line of sight. They did promise to take care of it pronto when I notified them of the issue on my way out the door. Just sat down for like 5 minutes and started working on my computer cause I had to submit soemthing fast, I always order off the app and right as I was about to, this RUDE a** worker comes and asks "it's a policy that you have to order something if you're gonna sit here, so should probably do that." 3.5/5 My matcha tea latte was good! I've only had one other before and I wasn't confident that Starbucks could do it well, they did. The staff person to take my order could have been more personable. The place was not terribly busy and they made an extra chai latte which they gave us by mistake. The place was dirty... I saw at least 4 flies around and tables were sticky. For how slow they were and the fact that they had to call up another employee from the back, they seem lazy. This starbucks never remembers my cold foam or caramel drizzle. It's ridiculous that I pay extra and every time it's not there. My boyfriend said something one time about how neither the caramel or the cold foam were on the drink, and they argued with him saying it was. It WAS NOT. The Brainerd location gets it right everytime, I don't know why this location struggles so hard. I guess I will go the extra 5 miles down the road for my stuff to be made right to get my monies worth. Just ridiculous. read more

Me and my two friends went to this Starbucks and ordered two venti mango dragon fruit lemonades and we got grande. When I asked why they were grande instead of venti she said that we ordered grande when I said we ordered venture she refused to help us any further. read more

Decent service I walked in and it took them about 3 minutes to even take my order yet I was the only one in the entire store ordering , 3 people doing computer work.They had 7 people working and only one was making coffee ( looked to be for drive through) and then they made me wait for about 10-15 minutes too get my drink and a ice water, there only reason they started was because they realized that I had been waiting for a while, they said that the sticker never came through... I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee thru the drive thru window. all i had was $100.00 bill. As I handed her the money she put her hands up and said we don't take any bills larger than a $20.00 ( which i know is not true as i ordered breakfast and coffee for my employees, and it came up to $41 and some change. I paid with a $50.00 bill. No Problem) I paid with a card and drove to the parking lot and called the store, and i got a shift leader, that had little to no people skills, as she told me she was in back on the computer and made it very well known that I was putting her out and she wanted to get back on her computer. I sensed that she wasn't listening to me so I asked her for the Store Manager's name. Her response was she's not in how can I help you. I asked her again for the mgr.'s name. It is hard to find a Starbuck's up here so I wanted to like this, but oh my God, the service sucks! One example: My sister and I went through the drive through and I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. We did not get the cream cheese. My sister informed the young woman that we didn't have the cheese. She insisted she put it in the bag and then closed the window and ignored us. My sister knocked on the window and asked for the cream cheese. Our blonde princess insisted she put it in the bag--my sister showed her the bag which didn't have the cheese. Princess again closed the window and ignored my sister. My sister knocked on the window again and the girl insisted she put it in the bag. My sis--who manages young workers--went into full management mode and said, "Here's what you are going to do: Go back and get the cream cheese and a knife and give it to me." The girl finally relented. We started laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation--you would think we were asking for rare caviar! Really--management should teach their young workers not to be right fighters and just serve their customers. I swear we are not hoarders of cream cheese! read more

As others have mentioned, their service is slow, both in store and the drive through. Their drive through had a super sharp turn and is quite narrow so watch out! Three drinks are always good though once you get them! read more

We were disappointed as my husband was hoping to grab a cup of coffee for our drive home. We waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes while only moving one space ahead. Once we rounded the corner we saw at least 9 cars ahead of us so we decided to leave. We went in to Caribou and had our drinks 2 minutes later. read more

We ordered 5 drinks on a mobile order and 30 minutes later when we arrived only one of the drinks was ready. There was very few customers in the store, however, the employees ignored us and refused to make our drinks even though we had already paid. We informed them that we were in a hurry to go out of town and were still ignored. We were denied a refund and unfortunately had to leave without our drinks. read more

I am the epitome of a Starbucks lover, however I have never been to a worse location. Not only was the service slow (we were ignored at the register for at least 5 minutes) overcharged for our drinks (which I didn't fight because I didn't want the experience in the store to last any longer) and the drinks were inconsistent with all other locations (not in a good way). I am sad to write such an unpleasant review, but I want to ensure that this location makes some changes so that others don't have the same experience as I did today! read more

This is a nice little nook to get a hot chai or a cup of coffee. However, you might want to bring your own music and avoid the double chocolate chai latte at all costs (nasty nasty nasty). Great barristas though! read more

The same as every Starbucks. Loud music, slow service, terrible ingredients, they have no idea how the drinks are to be properly made. Over priced for low grade coffee. If you want the same blah go to Mc. Donald's the only time I would ever recommend them. read more

Went there this morning at 9:20 approx - there were 4-5 people working with not much going on, but yet i had to stand there for a while wondering who was going to take my order. My wife and I go there all the time, and have never had attentive service. The management needs to step up and teach these teens about customer service. Teaching them "thanks for coming in!" would be a start. read more

Stopped here for a few drinks to get me going on this hot summer morning. The drive though was very very busy. Suprizingly the line moved quickly and I got my order in. My iced machiatto and two green tea fraps for my kids was delicious and made perfectly. The order taker was nice and courteous. What more can you ask for?
