I have been here several times on my bike with friends on our way to a race in a nearby town. We like to pop in here pre-race for some caffeine. The staff here is very nice and the drinks are typical Starbucks product. I like this location as it is spacious and always very clean. There isn't tons of places to sit indoors, but there is a small patio area outside, where we like to post up. One caution is that this location has a drive-through and it seems that a lot of focus goes to handling that volume. As such, it takes a while to get your drinks if you plan to sit inside. read more

Almost all the employees that work here are so nice, but I want to give a special shout-out to Zach (supervisor I believe) and Gracelynn. I came here on my birthday and used my starbucks reward and unfortunately, the were out of the food item I wanted. Zac was quick to tell me that he's going to leave a note for his team and that if I come back another day and mention his name, I'll get the free birthday item. Coffee is fine... this Starbucks is kind of dirty. Sat outdoors, parking lot is filthy and so is the sitting area. Just send sn employee out and fo a quick sweeping. No garbage can out front either. I placed my order and pulled up to pick it up , It was ready in minutes and the barista was extremely friendly and accommodating contrary to the other negative reviews!This is a new location so maybe they had to work out the kinks but I really appreciated the efficiency and service and they got all the drinks right,As I pulled away she told me to be safe and stay healthy and I really appreciated that! Visit Date - A recent day in April 2018 (I don't remember the exact date) I was very excited for this Starbucks. I always prefer independent coffee chains first but if I need a coffee and I'm short on time, Starbucks especially drive through locations save the day for me. I prefer to get out of the car and not use the drive through but with an almost two year old I'm going to be a drive through mom for awhile when I can do it. The parking is a little limited but the location is great and there's a side street you can turn on to get into the drive through. The only time I visited so far I went into the store before picking up my son from my sister's because she watches him certain days I'm working. The inside of the store is sizeable enough to sit down in, they're pretty clean inside and have a variety of travel mugs available. I am obsessed with travel mugs but I have controlled my urges to buy new ones a lot and just look at them before I place my order. Sometimes I give in and buy one lol. They had my drink done fast enough when I ordered it was pretty good tasting and I appreciated the quick service. I hope this Starbucks does well it's very convenient for my way home if I need a cup of coffee and I'm taking Sunrise Highway home. I love that there's finally one in the town I grew up in besides the small one in the stop n' shop on Atlantic Ave. read more

We went in today for a few coffees. We were both taken aback at how dirty this store was. First it seemed like nobody wanted to even take our order. Finally when someone did we waited for our drinks. I couldn't help but notice that every single counter surfaces at the cashier, the napkin area near the door, and especially the beverage pick up area were absolutely filthy. I mentioned to the person who made the drink the surface she was putting my drink on was filthy. She said I don't get paid to clean. To top it off the beverage I ordered sucked. read more

Store is a nice size and the staff is friendly but the seating situation seems to have been set up by ...well...the people who deliver furniture and someone said "just throw it anywhere". Increasingly; these new Starbucks with Drive Thru windows - always seem to be catering to the drive thru MORE than the foot traffic INSIDE. There is a BIG gaping empty area in the center of the store. What's it for? Square dancing ? An indoor parking lot for one car? Hmmm... it just looks horrible and all the seats are shoved around the parameters of the place. Feels very unwelcoming. The too-high ceilings add to the "emptiness" factor. I hope the manager reads this and shuffles the tables around a bit. read more

The staff here really is incredible. Whenever I go through the drive through, I always get an extremely cheerful hello through the speaker and it really brightens my morning. Now for the best part. If I'm extra lucky, I am greeted by a gentleman when I receive my coffee. He is extremely friendly and beyond funny/clever. He politely hands me my coffee and always has a great coffee pun to go with it (for example when I got my nitro cold brew - "have a great day and an even better nitro") These are the type of things we need right now. I AM SO ECSTATIC that Baldwin finally has their Starbucks in town. It is also IN A GREAT LOCATION, right off of Sunrise Highway, heading east (towards Merrick and Babylon). There is also a drive thru if you do not feel like getting out of the car. The staff are great and friendly and the place is very clean. If you can not find parking in the lot, you can park on the side street if needed. The one thing that I do suggest is that they make the entrance and exit to get into the parking lot one way and not both ways, especially the entrance on the side street near the drive thru. This is a very busy location however you have to consider the fact that this is one of the only Starbucks in the area.
