Service was definitely lacking at this location. We ordered a total of four drinks. No coconut milk so we had to substitute milk with almond. We asked for no inclusions in one of the drinks and when received had inclusions, one drink was asked for light ice and was given extra ice. Ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies WARM the cookies were still in the plastic bags cold. Their ability to follow instructions is disgraceful. For the price we are paying for everything I would have expected to at least get what we ordered. read more

Usually when I come here the staff is friendly but today the woman at the window of the drive thru was being sarcastic when I was trying to explain that I was in no hurry and to take her time with my order , and she was rude completely cut me off and turned away from me . I go to this location at least 3 times a week. Now I'll just go somewhere else, I don't need to be treated this way read more

This is a great Starbucks. Very friendly staff. They always remember my name when I come in. I think that is really cool. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is one of the employees was not on duty and behind the counter. He was making is own sandwich and drink and was very dirty looking. He had super long matted beard that was not covered. Be carful your next drink my have been dipped in beard hair. He was also very rude with the other workers. It just looked unprofessional. Driving through town grabbed a quick treat, two cake pops. I asked what kind they had in stock. She listed the birthday cake, cookie dough, and a strawberry one she suggested was good. I ordered a birthday cake and strawberry. Simple. Got to the window. "Which ones did you order again? Strawberry and cookie dough? I may have misheard you." I repeat nicely, "no worries. strawberry and birthday cake." I ended up with strawberry and cookie dough. It's a cake pop and not the end of the world. But dang. As a former partner this makes me sad. Two items. Both the same item just different flavors and out of a choice of three. You were told twice. How? How? But also, how/why did I not check before I drove off? read more

Probably the most poorly managed Starbucks I've ever been to. One employee had no clue and had clearly not been trained. The other employee replied "honestly, I am making orders at random" when we asked why we waited about 15 minutes for our order and the people who just walked in had their drinks already. read more

VERY CAREFULLY check your change after making a purchase. A number of times myself and my colleagues have been short-changed. The latest was the lunkhead behind the counter giving me only change after receiving a $5 bill for a grande size standard coffee. Then responding that I gave him three $1 bills. If I return to Starbucks I will only pay with a credit card. read more

Starbucks is usually known for good customer service from my experiences but this one is much better than expected. Victoria here is amazing and always greeted us with a smile! We stayed in Alamosa for a week and almost every morning we would visit this Starbucks and everyone it never disappoints! Oh and the drinks were perfect!!! read more

The service at this Starbucks is amazing! I truly feel welcomed when I walk in and I receive compliments every time! The staff here is better than any other Starbucks I have ever been too! The coffee here is pretty good too. It's just like a normal Starbucks but the staff is what makes it truly special! Coffee/drinks is great and the service is even better.
