Live hours away, ordered a large to go order. Waited 1/2 hour in line only to be given a horrible hot tea, literally hot water and earl grey, instead of what was actually ordered. Just we r out here is this....They closed before I could get thru that line again. No notice or opportunity to actually order something someone at my house would choose. Waste of time and money. We just did a quick drive through to get a cold brew and a vanilla latte. Pretty simple order. We travel for a living so we can always count on the consistency of Starbucks. However, my vanilla latte is not good at all...maybe the espresso machine needs recalibrated or there needs to be more training? And my fiancé's cold brew tastes almost burnt. (I know it's a weird way to describe cold brew, but it's true.) Although I won't be drinking what I paid for the girl who checked us out in the drive through was awesome. Which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. She had a huge smile and gave the impression she loves what she does. read more

Went and asked for an IT Frappuccino was told could not get ordered a vanilla been Frappuccino asked for strawberry Puree on top and was told I could not get that. The barista at the drive through was very rude. What happened to customer service? The customers pay your wages and simply adding the strawberry puree on top to make it an IT Frappuccino is not difficult. read more

I came here twice in one week and they messed my order up twice. It makes me so mad that they can make a simple refresher, white mocha, or a frap. Twice in one week. Are you kidding. Maybe they need better training. Plus some people working that the front are really mean and have a bad attitude definitely do not recommend this Starbucks if you want your order right! read more

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. The hours are constantly changing & never consistent. While also never having proper ingredients, for a complete drink. Prepare to wait 15+ minutes inside, & 10-25 minutes in drive thru depending on the day. I have NEVER experienced this type of service at another Starbucks. They should close. read more

I really don't get the negative reviews. I've been to dozens of Starbucks all over the country, and this is one of the finest-run stores I've seen. The staff is quick and friendly, and will immediately right any wrongs. It's always super-clean inside as well. They continue to earn my business. read more

Wow! Coffee is great, almond croissant warmed to perfection, but the service is what to crow about. I placed my order and stepped off to wash my hands. When I returned to my book after mere moments my croissant was sitting beside my book and my coffee was literally being poured! Now that is customer awareness at its finest! to the morning crew. We have had trouble several time at the location. The barista was short and rude during our visit. The place smelt of incense and she was unable to make exact change. Beans tasted overdone. More training needs to be done with this crew. read more

Never had a bad experience here always fast friendly service usual stop when I come into Aberdeen.

I have enjoyed the drinks and food at this location, but the space inside was cold and difficult to work in. In the fall it wasn't so bad, but now that it's winter it's difficult to get my work done (with a coffee) when my toes and fingers are cold. I had to wear my winter coat, and this wasn't very comfortable while typing on a cold laptop. read more

It really is a shame that this location makes me not want to get a coffee, when back home in Chicago I take a trip to Starbucks daily. On multiple occasions I've sat in the drive-thru nearly 20 minutes waiting for a drink. Not only is the service slow, but the drinks are often made sub par to taste and kinda half assed. Coffee was bitter. Long wait with very few customers. Not what you expect from Starbucks.

I have visited this store while my husband has had dental work in the same strip mall all summer, sometimes for 2 and 3 hours at a time. My cold drinks were great! Really liked the Sangria Tea drink!! Bake goods were ok. People working were friendly, but very chatty with each other. Hot drinks, tasted over done, but with a little sugar better. I LOVE that you have the calories listed, wish there were room for Carbs as diabetics drink coffee and tea also. All in all it's a nice quiet place to relax after shopping. Pick up drinks to take to the park, also,....and that's a nice feature. read more
