This company obviously doesn't trim for the future. . I can understand over looking a few branches when trimming but to the amount of branches that broke off our tree even piercing the ground with such force it was hard to remove, well that in my opinion is not ok. The purpose. of trimming trees is to avoid such events..well not in this case. . I noticed other places around town that this company has also trimmed trees on in the same disastrous state.. broken branches. Not twigs branches big ones due to some wind. My opinion is if these branches were taken care of properly the 1st time, this wouldn't be a problem. Seth appears to know his stuff, if that's so then I question why these large branches obvious a future problem were ignored.. in my opinion he does not trim for the future. So may be affordable but truly at what cost.. I would hope for future business n the care of peoples property that Seth might educate himself on such a matter.. they aren't twigs, they are heavy big branches, so they didn't just grow that size over night. They were overlooked n ignored.
