They offer a lot of local artist options, one of a kind gifts. Don't be deterred by the outside, this place has an upstairs too with a vast selection of art, kitchen and home decor. I fell in love with this little store and had the honor of speaking with the owners whom we found out were from the same town. Their prices are very reasonable and you will be able to find a gift for anyone or yourself!

They've always got plenty of everything on-hand/in stock and are extremely well organized. The sales team members are always around to help and are super friendly and approachable. The store manager, Audrey, rocks - and the owner, Debbie, is absolutely awesome! She has put together a one-of-a-kind boutique and runs it fantastically. The customer service in this location is absolutely horrible. It is blatantly obvious who they prefer to shop here as I have had a few black females enter this location to be all but completely ignored. Now remember this is a boutique and not a large department store. The ladies who work in this location literally ignored each person who came there to shop but as soon as another race walked in the hello's, welcomes, may I help you opening lines seem to be in abundance... This has been tested a few times now and it is sad. I would have loved to give this location 5 stars but management really needs to speak with their customer service workers on how to provide service to everyone and not just who they prefer. It's a sad day when this takes place in 2025....

A small candle that would probably cost $10-$15 in any other boutique store was $50 here. I mean, there was nothing inspiring in this store whatsoever. Just lazy merchandising and boring, overpriced products you could buy anywhere else. That's my honest review before what happened next. The owner called the police because she claimed another customer caught my wife shoplifting. We were detained in a humiliating fashion by several police officers in the front of her store for 45 minutes while they watched security footage over and over trying to find damning evidence of something that didn't happen. When nothing was found, the spineless owner had us criminally trespassed instead of apologizing. I noticed in another review that a minority received terrible service here as well. Not surprised at all to see that the trash who owns this store is racist, too. If you order cookies from Crumbl, make sure to order well enough in advance that you won't be tempted to visit this little piece of retail hell. Boring, generic, rude, overpriced. Completely garbage ownership.

Highlights of the store are that it's well-merchandised with great seasonal product and has adorable wedding and baby sections that are perfect shopping areas for showers. The store's challenge is that it's very small. When it comes to apparel, accessories, and home decor, it feels to me that the boutique just doesn't have the room to carry the full assortment that they should. Based on photos that I've seen of the other locations and what they carry online, I really wish the Woodstock store had some more space.
