However, the quality of the instruction and the resumes of the instructors don't sync up with the costs. They do not make cuts on their travel teams and put kids that have no business playing travel ball on the field, resulting in very poor results. They preach they are most concerned about attitude and effort but the reality is that is just an excuse because most of their youth teams get smoked in the tournaments. Their Futures program for high school kids is actually really good and they take that seriously because they want to get players signed for college so they can tout that to their customers. However, those players come from all over the region and many have never been All Star customers. So, if your son is truly an elite high school player, All Star Futures is a good thing but if your son is a young player between 8-14 I would not waste your time or money. There are more economical and better player development options in the area.

Camera crews were all over the park put kids on the big screen. Lots of on field games and fun for kids. I have only one suggestion on what to avoid, the funnel cake. I had two friends get it. Then, as you walk down, the courts are well light, and the temperature is well maintained, too. One thing I don't like is that the courts are narrow and have the extra color after the baseline. However, the pickle ball lines are hard to see and the kitchen line is white on one side and black on the other so it is a little more challenging than other courts I have played on. I have been playing in the advanced level and they allow 24 people to sign up on Meetup at one given time. It tends to be a bit disorganized, however, everyone does figure it out. $10 for two hours of play is reasonable. I have also played tennis on these courts, and they are excellent. The place is well lit, very clean and modern. The staff has always been very friendly and you can reserve courts for your own group very easily. This place has been quite busy...the word is out!

The owners are super friendly and eager to teach customers. They even gave us helpful tips which actually helped my aim and throw. The game itself is setup tournament style - so you'll play 3 rounds with every player to determine how you're placed and then it turns into a tournament and you can see a bracket of how everyone proceeds. If a tiebreaker is needed, the BIG AXE is brought out. This thing is a beast but super fun to use. You definitely end up working up a sweat by the end of the night haha The set up is really nice, including the virtual screens which makes it so easy to track points - it's a screen that matches the board and you just tap the screen to where the axe landed or select drop when it doesn't make it in the board. It's super easy and if you make a mistake, it's easy to fix too. They also have other games you can play such as pool, shuffleboard, and table hockey. The owners told me they're expanding and adding more games so be on the lookout for that. This place is BYOB - beer & wine only and also Bring Your Own Food which is convenient for when you have picky taste like I do. This place definitely stands out from your other axe throwing spots - feels like we had the place to our own and everyone was so nice and helpful. This will be my go to spot and can't wait to come back!
