I just left my semi-annual appointment at Star Smiles Dentistry, and though I rarely take the time to leave reviews, I feel compelled to give them a piece of my mind--a happy, satisfied piece! The customer service is so good here, for an hour I forgot what kind of world we've been in for the last year-and-a-half. Dr. Parikh's office was fully staffed with (seemingly) happy employees. Every person I interacted with greeted me by name and with a smile. The hygienist (Leanna) was especially amiable--great energy and sense of humor. The waiting room is equipped with two of my favorite things--coffee, and the best massage chair ever. But I didn't get to enjoy it long because Dr. Parikh's office has never kept me waiting even five minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Parikh himself, always gracious and genuinely interested in his patients, never rushes and responds to all questions and concerns with empathy and expertise. (I have recently had a crown replaced here as well). He is up-to-date in every dental advancement imaginable. Five stars, unless I'm allowed to give more. read more

A wonderful experience, even for what I was going thru. Here on vacation and my tooth became very sensitive. Swelling. The whole bit. Now trying to find a dentist is hard enough, let alone while you are on vacation. I was lucky enough to get in touch with star smiles after being turned away by other dentists. They were wonderful. Originally we were going to do a virtual visit but the doctor thought it might be more than an infection. They found a cracked tooth that needed to come out immediately. They found the time, extracted it and was done in a little over 2 hours. The doc was great. Told me everything that he was doing. His assistant was also wonderful. And I loved her name. And Liz did a bang up job diagnosing what I had over the phone. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Dr. Parikh. I wish you could be my full time dentist! read more

I was very impressed with my experience at Star Smiles Dentistry. I called for an appointment for a bad toothache and was scheduled for the next morning! They even gave me information on how to deal with the pain that night until they saw me. I was a new patient and this was my first experience with them. Amazed that they got me in so quickly. The office is very attractive and relaxing with soft music while you wait. The receptionist, hygienist and doctor were all very caring and professional and gave me a lot of time and explained my concerns and resolved the issue. Ten gold stars and three thumbs up for Star Smiles Dentistry. From fillings and root canals, to dentures, Dr Parikh and his team are top notch. I recently had to have dentures made and thanks to the latest in equipment and know-how, Dr Parikh was able to give me a set of teeth that fit perfectly. Even the waiting room is well furnished with a coffee bar and massage chair for the adults, and arcade style games for the kids. But come early for your appointment if you want to enjoy the extras because you won't be waiting long. They are very prompt. This is truly a family dentistry. Was 7am and after weeks of pain , visits to other dentist and EMERGENCY rooms .They were so nice as to see me and take my pain and current problem seriously. I can not explain the amount of gratitude I have for this dental office especially considering that I am not a regular client . The attentiveness and the treatment is so much more worth than these little stars can show . This was an A+ experience today!! My x-rays were quick and easy, the exam was thorough, the cleaning was amazing, and the flossing quick and gentle yet effective. Kelly was phenomenal!! Dr. Parikh is professional and friendly, which is hard to find with doctors sometimes. This dentistry is a gem AND conveniently located. I had a dental emergency and had no dentist in the area. Star Smiles dentist Dr. Nisarg not only answered the phone but he came in and met me in an hours notice for a quick evaluation to get rid of my pain. He ended up having to remove a cracked tooth. He did a great job and got rid of the pain with a great gentle touch. You could tell he cared and was focused on fixing the problem so I could go on a pain free Christmas vacation the next morning. When i Say this is the best Dentist and office I've ever been to Im not kidding. Ditched aspen dental cause they're all about the money. Star smiles is so personable and they check in and they are just simply so kind and thoughtful. Always making sure thier patients are comfortable. Fast efficient and don't charge an Arm and a leg. It's very nice to find thoughtful places within this time of being in a pandemic. I love this office and refer as many as I can to them. read more

I had to have some cavities filled today with Dr.Parikh and Logan and they were absolutely the best! They are funny and make you feel like you have known them for years. The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. The procedure was completely painless and the outcome was better than I could have ever expected! I have been going to dentists my entire adult life. I think Star Smiles is the BEST one I've ever gone to! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The dentist went over every step of the next procedure I need to have performed. He answered all of questions and really took his time with me. Great dentist to take care of all your dental needs. Been going there ever since I can remember moving to Florida. The team there makes you feel welcomed and carefully explains the process and will answer all your questions. I will include some picture of the lobby that welcome you with a coffee/hot chocolate/ tea bar.
