But they don't like the feed back on my 2nd review. That just shows my point, they have no conflict management skills. Just make a better effort to communicate better. And I would have gladly updated once I experienced an improvement. This has never happened to me, but I have already found another PCP and didn't plan on going back. Growth is inevitable, whether they took this opportunity to provide better service in this instance or not. It will happen again to another patient. They can stay comfortable, kicking ppl out that are dissatisfied. But that not how you run an effective business or grow. Whoever is in charge should know this.

He prescribed me azythromycin and recommended Robitussin DM and a couple other things. I haven't finished the azythromycin yet, but I was feeling better in only a few days. My mucus switched back from green to clear in no time. I can sleep again. I'm grateful to Dr. Manuel. On my first visit, he spent much more time with me than any other doctor ever has. He got a clear picture of my family's medical history, from which we discussed my possible risks. He followed up with an emailed order for blood work, and which we had also discussed during the visit. He displayed a genuine concern for my overall well-being. I look forward to him being my physician for years and years to come.

Dr. Hoang is very laid back and has a great rapport with our little guy. Beyond that, he's great with calming down my wife and I when we've thought our son was having the worst cold the world has ever seen (it wasn't). Between the unresponsive, lazy and unfriendly staff and Dr. Choudhary being cold as ICE I will never return to this medical office again. All they care about is charging the appointment deposit, no show fees and pushing off patients to the Nurse Practitioner and bill bill bill and file claims to the insurance companies.
