Dr. Hoang is very laid back and has a great rapport with our little guy. Beyond that, he's great with calming down my wife and I when we've thought our son was having the worst cold the world has ever seen (it wasn't). The office itself is very close to our home (big plus) and has quite a few activities (train sets, kitchen stuffs) for the little ones in the waiting rooms. 4 stars.

They made me wait. At the end of the visit, it did not go so well, so I ended up looking for a new provider. I had follow-up questions about my lab work that were not answered until a week later in the portal, and when I had additional questions the doctor did not respond. Her staff weren't answering the phone. When I expressed my frustration, Scruggs wanted to know what I wanted to do when I stated I did not think she was a good fit for me. From the tone and words of her message in the portal, it seemed as though she had an attitude. I was thinking she is not going to make it in private practice treating patients like this. Now, I see she is coming out of private practice to work for Hermann Memorial.
