Drew has been my main physical therapist, but I've gotten to know everyone since 1) others will cover for him so it works with my schedule and/or 2) they're observant of my progress as well as their own patients in the same space. Drew is always trying to problem solve all of my road blocks and difficulties. He also handles my attitude and snippiness well despite me getting annoyed or exasperated with my physical handicap after surgery. Overall, staff is very attentive and genuine. Physical therapy is not going to be all rainbow and sunshine; some things are tough and painful, but it's amazing the progress I've witnessed in myself since going here.

Where to start? My husband and I have been getting monthly adjustments for 4 years. We decided to…read morefind somewhere that takes our insurance, that in itself was no easy task. I know I am due for an adjustment when my body feels sluggish and foggy. Dr. Liz did not disappoint! She is thorough with her questions during assessment. She gets to know your body before recommending specific techniques and also listens to your preferences. She is intentional about her techniques working on someone with arthritis (RA) and explains the reasoning behind it. Our family is used to a cookie cutter approach: same adjustment each visit with our 2 kids and both us adults. It's fascinating when she pinpoints strained/tense areas and using the tools to work through it. She read our bodies like braille. My husband was skeptical going to the appointment because he felt like he hit a plateau of treatment and he didn't feel any different after adjustments. He was pleasantly surprised after seeing Dr. Liz! He felt enthusiastically positive about his adjustment and felt more energy. Also, I liked how she "read" my 1yo body and didn't adjust to adjust, but felt tension with his neck (and body) and adjusted to the tension. She did the same with our 4yo, though my daughter is usually a bit nervous, Dr. Liz went at her pace and my daughter loves her. Thank you, Dr. Liz! Looking forward to our next family visit!

When I first started coming in to 180 I was having issues with chronic fatigue. The purpose of my visit was to take care of my back, but Dr. Josh helped me with my fatigue as well. I had seen 3 other doctors prior to that visit, and he was the only one who had a solution for me. I am so grateful for Dr. Josh's help. They treat you like family here and are genuinely invested in your health. As long as I live in Spokane, this will be my place!

I love these guys so much. I have been going to chiropractors since I was 9, and Dr. Josh is my…read morefavorite. He and his staff are so friendly and trustworthy, and I love his method. I was used to the chiropractors that twist you around to pop your back, which was always hard on my hips. Dr. Josh doesn't do that. Instead he has this neat table that lifts up a tiny bit and then pops down. So Dr. Josh lifts the correct section of the table and then pushes on your back. The table pops down and so does your spine, but it's very gentle. And if that doesn't work, he has this tool that looks like a drill with 2 large plastic prongs coming out of it, instead of a drill bit . Those prongs move in and out of the "drill" very quickly, and it can gently pound a vertebrae back in, or even tap out knots in your shoulders (which feels awesome). Whenever I have a stubborn sublaxation (vertebrae out of place), Dr. Josh always ends up finding a way to get it back in place, even when he has to try a few different methods. Another cool thing is that I'm pregnant now, and Dr. Josh is still able to adjust me! It's thanks to his special table and some special pillows with a hole cut out for my belly. The chiropractor I saw for my first pregnancy couldn't adjust me once I started showing. I have to say, it's so nice to be able get adjustments for my entire term! Dr. Josh is always popping my hips back into place. Plus, he can do your whole skeleton, not just your spine, so he has been fixing my ankle for me too. I first went to Dr. Josh 4 years ago in severe pain that was making it hard to work. He got me in the day I called and after my appointment I already felt such relief that I could focus on work much better. Within a month I was back to normal. I've continued to see him since then for maintenance, so I don't find myself in that terrible pain again (because it happened because I had stopped seeing a chiropractor for a while). Everyone is different, and most won't have to see him as much as I have. I have some back problems. He does his best to get you all fixed up with frequent adjustments and exercises you do at home to strengthen your back so it stays in proper alignment better. He's truly interested in helping you to get better, not signing you up to see him for the rest of your life. And the best part is that chiropractic is drug-free and actually corrects the problem instead of just masking the symptoms. I definitely recommend 180 Chiropractic. I have already sent friends and family there and they have all been very happy with their care. 180 Chiropractic accepts insurance, or you can pay cash too. Their fees are very reasonable. Edit: Dr. Josh doesn't accept insurance anymore. You can pay cash/credit for a single visit, or you can become a member of his practice for a monthly fee. That membership entitles you to 4 visits a month, and if you do all 4, you save a lot of money compared to most insurance copays. He also has a family membership where everyone in your immediate family gets 4 visits a month, so you can really save big with that plan! I love this. Finally I can afford to go once a week like I felt I needed, and no more do I have to deal with my insurance telling me I'm not in enough pain to get adjusted. (I'm not in pain anymore BECAUSE I get adjusted routinely.)
