I'm REALLY torn on what I should leave for my review...so here are the facts:…read more-called on Monday to make an appointment and expected to have to wait a few weeks at least, they were able to get me in the next day. -My appointment was at 2:30, but I was told to arrive 15 min before to do paper work, so I checked in at 2:15 on the dot. -I sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour waiting for a nurse to take be back, when I went to just reschedule my appointment for another day (3:10), a nurse came up to bring me back to an exam room. -It took the nurse quite a while to input all my information, however while we was doing so, another doctor (not the one I was scheduled to see) came in to see if we should do x-rays, which he agreed that we should. -I change into a gown and go to the x-ray room, the techs were very friendly. -I got back into the exam room and within 5 min, the other doctor (not the one my appointment was with) came in, did an exam and spoke with me about what he thought the issue was. -I waiting about 20 min for the doctor my appointment was with to come into the exam room to discuss everything with me. By this point, it's 4:10...over an hour and a half after my appointment time. -Dr. Liddle was wonderful, he was friendly, made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand as well as throughly discuss my treatment plan with me. My follow up appointment is going to be at his Mt Juliet office, first thing in the morning, so hopefully they won't be running behind and I'll be able to get on with my day!

Front desk people are not very polite. I totally get being swamped at your job constantly , been…read morethere m, done it. It's still no excuse for bad "customer service". Everything I've been reading from other posts are the same as I have experienced. Staring at comp. screen, not acknowledging you, etc. This is a minor thing compared to what I have an issue with. I had 2 appts scheduled for Mon (12/8/25) with prob estimated an hour between the two. I got there a half hour before my appt bc they needed "prep time" for me before the MRI. My second appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Glattes to discuss the MRI. Come to find out they kicked me off the schedule for the MRI because they didn't get pre-certification from BCBS. So they asked me if I could wait until 8 o'clock for the person to come into work to do the pre-CERT. I said yes, as long as we could get it done before my appointment with Dr. Glattes because that's the whole reason I'm here. They said there should be plenty of time. The person they were speaking of, gets there supposedly at 8 AM, and at 8:30 I went up to check on status and they checked computer bc they sent a message to the back and that person had not received anything back from BCBS and "they are gonna keep trying, but it was a Monday, and they don't cooperate as well on Monday," he said. It all ended with me leaving because they couldn't get the pre-certification and get the MRI done that day so that I could talk with Dr. Glattes. Not only did I take off work and have these appts appointment two months in advance, but I also missed out on regular pay plus overtime (I don't have PTO and I drove from North Dickson) Then they call me back today (2 days later, Wed 12/10) and first thing she asks is for me to verify with my birthday and I ask what this is regarding and she says "pre-certification for the MRI" OMG they still haven't done the pre-CERT!!?? Why didn't this take place weeks before I even got to my appointment? My deductible is paid up for the year and I'm not gonna be able to get back in before the first. I don't know if I will come back even though Dr. Glattes is fabulous. (Prior surgery) I can find a better operating office, that doesn't waste my time. Maybe they are too big and don't have enough staff not sure, and not my department! 2 stars because Dr Glattes is great.

Super bad first impression, thanks to bad front desk. I approached TWICE, with no response from the…read more3 receptionists working other than "someone will be right with you". (Both times) while all three started at their screens. Hmmmm. When I said this is the SECOND time I've been here this morning, (I had to go to tge lobby to find a bathroom, since nobody would speak to me) a blond woman finally offered to check me in. As I turned away there was lots of eye rolling and chatting between the 2 women. Hmmmm. What is their JOB? 2nd time there was not one other person there. No eye contact, just that horrible staring at screen dismissal. Hmmmm. I've been told the docs are great here. So I'll add to this review after I see one. But it was a TERRIBLE first impression. Once the nurse called me back (about 40 minutes after arriving), things were better. They did X-rays promptly, and the PA. who saw me was very nice. She gave good advice about a steroid shot, and agreed that oral steroids might be better, since I'm a musician with a long show today. No advice on PT., only solution was surgery, which was something we agreed won't work for me. If management would fix the front desk problem I could give this place a better review.

Beth JuhlBeth Juhl 6…read moreminutes ago The doctor that I saw in Mt Juliet was very professional and very good, but the billing staff is horrible! I saw the dr on 4/12/19 and paid my $50.00 copay. Fast forward to the end of the year and my flexible spending account would not accept the documentation I had to reimburse me my $50.00. I called the office and asked them for more documentation so I can be reimbursed my $50.00 and a new invoice was sent to me (sent that in and received my reimbursement from flexible spending). Fast forward to February and I received a new bill for $50.00. I figured it was in response to my previous inquiry for a new statement for flexible spending and i ignored it. In March, I received another $50.00 invoice and called the office to inquire why. I was told that I should have paid two $50.00 copays on that day, so I still owe them $50.00! ALMOST A YEAR LATER?!?! I am now past the point of being able to claim the second $50.00 copay on my flexible spending account. It is ridiculous that a company can operate this way and no matter how good the dr is, the billing cost me a loss of $50.00! Leigh offered me a 55% discount on that bill, which obviously I took, but I shouldn't have been held responsible for THEIR ERROR! I should also mention that during my phone call with them, she tried to put their error back on me, because I supposedly should have known that I would have two $50.00 copays for one visit! Because of the failure of the billing department, I DO NOT recommend this business!
