He even came to set up early giving us access to email the photo booth pics before an attendant showed up. That's a win! Communication from start to finish was excellent. He was able to provide a mock up of what our photo booth strip template would look like. Everyone had so much fun, including myself, using the booth! Two photo strips were printed on site and you had the option to email too. The attendant was friendly and helpful! Might I add beautiful and dressed perfectly for the occasion as well. Not sure if this is a standard for Jeff's staff but I loved it! The attendant went to inform my husband the booth was packed up and said her goodbye. He hugged her and was so thankful for coming thinking she was one of our guests since she was dressed up... LOL. Post-wedding we got one month of access to all the digital pictures should we choose to print any additional photos or even share with our guests. We will be doing both!! Couple weeks before the wedding any questions or emails that we through at him he responded no problem and if he was going out of town, he would let me know before just in case he couldn't respond. The week of my wedding Gio was sick and couldn't attend (which we appreciated cause covid was at a spike), but he assured me that I would be well taken care of and WOW he was right. His team ESPECIALLY BRANDON were a hit, the energy he had for the whole time is still being talked about 3 months later. Props, background, energy was all worth it and they are very affordable.
