He has made multiple home visits, brought out a rep (Tony) of your preferred lighting supplier, and provided a quote that reflected our site visits and discussions. Right now, I have commitments that will delay my ability to greenlight the proposal, but I will act on it (probably in phases) as soon as I get from behind some other financial commitments.
