He proceeded to do a new set of pink and white solar nails. I had this done on Thursday....by Saturday they were coming off. He did a horrible job. I have worn solar nails for years and have to honestly say, this is the worst set I have ever had. They not only are UGLY but are lifting and coming off. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon at all.

Instead, the color is so thin you can see straight through it, and the nails look like they were done on someone's couch -- not in a salon. They're uneven, messy, and just plain unprofessional. I paid $50 for this and left feeling embarrassed. I'm genuinely nervous to ever go back after this experience. Photo attached

When I voice my dissatisfaction he then refused to continue with my nails. (This is after i refused to get my nails soaked off with a fresh full set. That would've been an extra $30 that I didn't want to pay at the time and It's wasn't time for a soak off. I do that every 3-4 months ) when I ask to speak to a manager or an owner, they refused to allow me to speak with anyone! I've visited several times before but this was by far my worst experience. So bad, outside breathing trips were necessary. Nail salon in a strip mall with plenty of parking. 8 nail stations. 5 pedicure stations. 3 workers. Hmm, one of the only nail shops in town. Had it not been for my cousin, I would have bounced upon entrance--to breathe. She got a mai-pedi. I got a pedi. Helena did my pedi. Good job! They slogh off the dead skin and callouses -- with a cheese grater! Yes, a literal kitchen tool! I guess it's just a larger PedEgg, but a literal kitchen tool...I wasn't ready. But it did the trick! Smooth baby-bottom feet! I'm glad the tub got it's own shower cap. And I won't return due to tool cleaning factors. So after sloghing off grit from feet, one only rinses tools in the same grime water for the next person. Nasty-nah! Hot stone massage, great callus removal, non-breathable salon, interesting cleanliness practices, $30 without design (no Dorothy, you are not in Kansas anymore)=2 stars overall.

I made appointments for 4 people and when we arrived we signed in they had us fill out a questionnaire and took our temp. The experience inside was very nice we were asked to wash and sanitize our hands then all sent to separate stations and Social Distancing was enforced . The workers were very good and working fast without doing a job that looked like a quick job. Kudos to them. If I am ever in Pine Bluff again I will be back. Thank you from Texas

The response I received from the technician in Chair 1 was, "Your nail already like that." That response felt dismissive and completely disregarded what I was actually asking for. If I'm taking the time to explain the service I want and provide a visual reference, I expect the request to at least be acknowledged professionally and discussed with me--not brushed off. I have spent a considerable amount of money at this establishment over time, including generously tipping for services. I spend too much money supporting a business to be treated with such disregard. I understand that not every service may be possible, but there is a professional way to communicate that to a paying customer. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Good customer service matters just as much as the service itself. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. It's sad the way customers are treated because Fancy could easily be the best in town. They disregard their customers n have bad attitudes.

I had to get my nails off and that was so painful. I went for a pink pastel color and it turned out neon my cuticles were cut and i started swelling after a couple of hours one snapped and lucky i went to a proper nail salon. I also had a pedicure the fuzzy things they put under your feet scratched me and she was talking and the water was boiling Would not recommend!!!
