Instead, the color is so thin you can see straight through it, and the nails look like they were done on someone's couch -- not in a salon. They're uneven, messy, and just plain unprofessional. When I voice my dissatisfaction he then refused to continue with my nails. (This is after i refused to get my nails soaked off with a fresh full set. That would've been an extra $30 that I didn't want to pay at the time and It's wasn't time for a soak off. I do that every 3-4 months ) when I ask to speak to a manager or an owner, they refused to allow me to speak with anyone! I've visited several times before but this was by far my worst experience. I went for a pink pastel color and it turned out neon my cuticles were cut and i started swelling after a couple of hours one snapped and lucky i went to a proper nail salon. He proceeded to do a new set of pink and white solar nails. I had this done on Thursday....by Saturday they were coming off. He did a horrible job. I have worn solar nails for years and have to honestly say, this is the worst set I have ever had. They not only are UGLY but are lifting and coming off. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon at all.
