They slogh off the dead skin and callouses -- with a cheese grater! Yes, a literal kitchen tool! I guess it's just a larger PedEgg, but a literal kitchen tool...I wasn't ready. But it did the trick! Smooth baby-bottom feet! I'm glad the tub got it's own shower cap. And I won't return due to tool cleaning factors. So after sloghing off grit from feet, one only rinses tools in the same grime water for the next person. Nasty-nah! Hot stone massage, great callus removal, non-breathable salon, interesting cleanliness practices, $30 without design (no Dorothy, you are not in Kansas anymore)=2 stars overall.

I got burned multiple times by the drill and I also took 4 of my own nails off myself and they still charged me $15 which I refuse to pay again. this is the worst nail shop I've ever been to and while I was waiting others walked in and walked straight back out because of the simple fact of the customer service. These are the most rude people I've ever me PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.

He proceeded to do a new set of pink and white solar nails. I had this done on Thursday....by Saturday they were coming off. He did a horrible job.
