He assured me he would be able to repair it. He encouraged me to bring in my car immediately. So I had my car towed to his shop. He called me to say it needed a new radiator. Even though I thought this was strange because only recently I'd had a new radiator put in at my local mechanic shop. I agreed as he assured me this was my problem. I went in, paid almost $800 and left his lot. My car began to overheat immediately. I called Wise Auto Tech. M.Saboory began to yell. He told me my car was repaired-nothing wrong w/it. I had it towed back to his shop. After waiting many days I called his shop. He told me he'd done nothing more but add a thermostat & I should come and pick up my car. He said he didn't charge me for the thermostat and he did nothing more on my car. I had a relatively new thermostat & I would have told him that had he called me as required by CA law. But he failed to call me. Drove car off lot and it became overheated again. When I called him he was very loud and he wouldn't let me say anything. He just kept repeating "I said there is nothing wrong w/your car." I tried to reason w/him & to allow me to bring my car back so he could take more time and accurately diagnose what the problem was. Even though his warranty clearly states if his repairs do not 'fix' whatever you brought your car in for, Mr. Saboory will keep your car and work on it until he finds the problem & then he will repair accurately. He would not honor his own warranty and told me to drive the more than 1 hour back to my home. He told me to turn my heater up high & upon my arrival at home, to fill it with coolant. He refused to take my car back to his shop. Not knowing what to do and trusting his knowledge, I followed his instructions & drove my car home. The next day it wouldn't start & smelled burned. I had it towed to a reputable repair shop where the mechanic said my car was badly burned.I was given an estimate of $8,500.00 for a new engine. This shop had taken care of all the maintenance and repair on my car. They knew it was in pristine condition. The mechanic also said if Mr Saboory had just kept my car it could have been repaired. He went on to say Mr. Saboory showed total disregard for my wellbeing or that of my car by insisting I drive my car home while it was overheating. I've tried to talk to Saboory over the phone but when he realizes it is me, he hangs up on me. Now I have no car to drive or to even trade in on another car. I never said anything derogatory to Mr. Saboory. i never raised my voice or threatened him in any way.All I did was to ask him to repair my car as he'd told me he would do the first time I called him. I had paid this man almost $800 and the end result was my car was now ruined and he refused to take any responsibility for the damage. I believe he felt , since I wasn't local, he could just 'guess' what was wrong with my car and if it didn't work, well I lived an hour away and I would probably just forget about it. Wrong. Please be careful if you, for some reason, have to deal with this business. He has many ads and they all make the shop sound like a place where any problem could be tackled. Don't pay any attention to his ads where he brags about his abilities. He is not a fair or honest person. Ask him to show you everything he wants to do and explain why he thinks he should do it. I don't think he'll be very agreeable to explaining anything but ask him anyway. Buyer beware!

This was a small, simple job of nine parts fabricated from 6" by 1" aluminum bar stock. A few holes drilled, some threaded, and a couple of milled slots. I was well pleased when I picked up the parts. They were gorgeous! After testing the fit, Ed arranged for the parts to be anodized, which was turned around in a day.
