The first five 5-star reviews were probably by family who didn't make comments. I haven't compared this laundromat to others in the area, I was passing through on a camping vacation and needed to get some laundry done before heading to L.A. on a Wednesday afternoon. Although most of the big machines were newer and worked quickly (22 min/$3/triple loader and $2/double loaders) It looked like the tops of the machines hadn't been cleaned of soap powder for a few days, and probably a day since floors were swept. BUT the newer machines were everywhere and signs indicated "oil field washers / dryers only" probably makes everyone happy and moved my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Looks like there's some work-in-progress going on...TV in wall, but working which is fine with me. I used 2 laundry pods in the triple loaders, probably should have used just 1 as I had a bit more suds in the final rinse than I'd like to have seen. read more

Wasted my detergent on a machine that initially had an in use sound, but never started going. Most of the machines are down. Everyone is complaining here about the machines or wasting money and soap, and the floors are filthy.. they need to shut it down tbh! read more

Feels weird reviewing a laundromat but this was great. Had an issue at home and needed to do a load. The washer was 25 minutes an the machine told me exact time. Dryer was super hot and fast. read more

Really like this laundromat!! The attendant is friendly and is always cleaning up and maintaining the machines. The prompt wipe down of the machine is so appreciated especially in times like this. I also really like the variety of machines available, up to 8x load machine!! The friendliness and cleanliness is what makes this my go to laundromat now for my large loads (bedding). read more

Love the mega-load washers, I was able to fit two area rugs in one load. I'm not happy about the soap dispensers. They're supposed to lock out the change insertion when empty, that didn't happen here. I lost my change in two empty slots. A nice person let me use some of their's. I'm amazed how my rugs turned out. read more

I showed up about about an hour before they closed. And because I'm a nurse working in the covid unit the partial owner, I think her name was Ashley, was kind enough to allow me to finish my clothing. I know she had to stay at least 10 minutes late. I will not use any other laundromat ever again. read more

This place you to be really nice inside. Now it's dirty and a lot of washers are down. Place needs to be cleaned and freshen up inside. It looks like they just put machines in without fixing the inside first. The amount you pay for washers and dryers they should really do some upgrading and fix it up inside. read more

My parens recently moved to this side of Bakersfield not too long ago and when I came home for thanksgiving, I had approximately 5-7 loads of laundry to get done. My parents thought it was best to go to a laundromat, and so we came to this one! The location is perfect. It was not hard to find at all and everyone in the surrounding area is always looking out for each other, which is very reassuring. It is a coin laundry and they have machines to turn bills into quarters ($1,5,10,20 just know that the bill you put in is the amount in quarters you'll receive). There is a variety of machines-- including 2 loads, 3 loads, and even 5 loads. The amount of loads corresponds to the amount you'll pay in quarters. For washing purposes, we made the mistake of using two different machines (one for 3 loads and one for 4 loads). All my loads could've been easily taken care of in their largest wash, so that's something I'll remember when I come back again! As for drying services, it's a little different. It was $0.25 for 6-7 minutes depending on the try of dryer. They has an extra large dryer for comforters and other similar items and that was incredibly convenient when I needed to dry all my bedding. There was a gentleman who was working the night we went and he was always cleaning or talking to customers and he was very kind. He added to the safe, inviting atmosphere to the establishment and was very helpful in answering questions and providing advice on how to use the washers and dryers to the best of their abilities while being cognizant of our time. This is a great place to get your laundry done in bulk in a timely manner; I will be back again! read more

I come in here to do my bedding a few times a month because I have a massive bed and the ordinary washing machine and dryer that I have just isn't big enough for my sheets, comforters, etc... This place is always clean. You go in some laundry mats and dread coming to them because they are dirty, dingy or whatever. Not going to feel that way about coming here. They have washers and dryers of all sizes. Massive ones perfect for California King sized sheets and blankets. This is a very clean , affordable laundromat. The machines all work , and are well maintained. The dryers are .25 for 6 minutes , which Is cheaper than most laundromats I have been to. They even have oil field washers and dryers ... where as most places turn away such items. I will be returning to do my laundry ! read more

Super impressed with this laundry. I've had to use coin laundry places for a couple weeks while the homeowner I rent a room from replaces her washer & dryer. This is down the street from the house, I've been to a couple places on the west side of town- Rosedale area and Laurelglen area and neither of those places stack up against this place. Nice machines, clean floors, nice carts, and the prices don't seem different. The 4 x larger front load was $4, the 2x front load was $2, they also have the 6x fronts and the top loads too. And dryers are $.25 for 6 minutes and work great. Even the convenience sink is clean and huge. No musty smells any where in this place and it's roomy and well lit. I came into the laundry mat at 6pm and all I had was a $10. I put it into the machine and nothing came out. I tried to call the emergency number of the owner multiple times from 6-9pm and even texted him. I got no response and the worker said they could not give me my money until the owner said so. I am very frustrated with having to spend my Friday night waiting for help. I'll remove this review as soon as my problem is corrected read more

I love that they have a convenience sink! Clean place; not too shabby at all. I recommend. Cheaper than some places. Standard washers are $1.75; and front load are $2.00. To dry is .25 every 5 or 6 minutes. Can't beat it. read more

This place is very clean and I rarely see any of the machines out of service. Some days are a bit crowded but it's usually during the weekends when everyone does their laundry. The only thing I really don't like is the cleaning guy in the building. He is always in the building during the later hours before closing. He kinda creeps me out a bit and is constantly cleaning and wiping down the washers and dryers, which is fine and that is how they're always so clean, but he always seems to go to the specific one you are using as soon as you start the machine and walk away he will start to wipe it down and clean it. It just makes me feel paranoid about my laundry is all. Also, if you're using a machine near where he is cleaning he will just stand there and watch you until you're done, he won't walk away for a few minutes to give you space and come back later, which makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. He's not mean or anything and he does talk to some of the people he seems to know there but I just don't like his approach. Call me paranoid but that's just how I feel. Other than that this place is okay. Occasionally you will get a few weirdos that come in but that's usually expected in any laundromat you go to. read more
