I brought in one of my already altered pants to give them a guide. When I dropped off my pants, it was only the husband working, I told him specifically what I wanted, but if I had not gone in the next day to make sure the message was relayed it would have been wrong. The wife dry cleaned my pants which I did not ask for. When I explained what I had wanted you could see she was upset at her husband. I apologize for not waiting until she came back, to explain to her what I wanted. But I did again specifically explain what I wanted and yeah, I've included pictures. Let's just say I did not get what I paid for. I paid $36 dollars for something that I could of did for less. I'm not bashing this place but if you do go here make sure you tell them several times what you specifically want. And honestly I'm not mad or upset, I am the kind of person that believes: If you don't do it right the first time, why take it back to you to fix it the second time! I'll just take it to someone else!

I told the young lady great but I won't be able to pick them up the same day I can pick up the clothes the next day. so when I arrived the next day the worker told me my clothes were not ready and I can pick it up the next day. I replied to the worker the clothes should have ready yesterday. I could not understand why it takes 2 days to dry clean my clothes. Today cleaners advertise in by 11am ready by 4pm. I couldn't tell when I picked it up as the shop had dim lighting in the front. But upon inspection it had more stain on it then when I came in. When I brought it in it had a small stain on the upper right by the collarbone, when I got it back there where small spots everywhere. If you want to buy extra soap or fabric softener, or even snacks you need cash (only). It's kind of inconvenient if you run out of soap or want a snack. You cannot use your debit/credit card for anything else. Just because it's located on the East side of town doesn't mean we don't need and want clean and functional laundry mats to utilize. It's disrespectful the level of uncleanliness.. I will not be back. Ever.
