My partner got one of their pizzas and it honestly was so nicely cooked, the crust was perfect, and there was a generous amount of toppings but not overwhelming. I had one of their pasta dishes and loved it. The portion size was just perfect and the flavour was great. The service was excellent. The woman that took our orders made small talk with us and even joked with us. She was lovely. There is limited seating inside so keep that in mind if you're visiting during peak hours. There is seating outside, but it is next to a street (not much traffic but the occasional car). Overall we had a lovely experience and it was one of the most affordable meals we had while visiting. We will definitely be back

I visited there one day to grab myself some lunch. I purchased a falafel kebab and it was really tasty. Once I chose my three sauces, my kebab was warmed up and then wrapped in foil which kept it nice and hot. They weren't stingy on the filling which is always a plus. On my next visit I might choose a side of pita with homemade hummus; sounds delicious yes? You can also purchase fries to have with your order. So if you're in the area and in need of a takeaway, why not try Eden Kebab on Mt Eden Road, near Shackleton Road.

They also do the yummy little Middle Eastern savouries that I'm fond of with the veggies inside. Hubby raves about the chicken wraps so I assume they are also good and the portions are man-size. I got them to make me a burger once though which was a bit of a mistake. Just major bread-y bun with not much taste. The chips and wedges are good though but I would recommend sticking to what they do best - kebabs.

I may be a bit over-enthusiastic because we are somewhat deprived of good ethnic restaurants in Southwest Florida, but I must say we loved this meal.

The meat was a wee bit tough in places (I had lamb) but it tasted nice, and the salads were fresh. It was okay. The place itself is pleasant enough, you know, it looks like a kebab shop, it's got a counter and a drinks fridge and all that. Nothing really to distinguish it though, and nothing you'd describe as atmosphere. It's okay. And the guy who took my order was polite and smiled but he wasn't chatty and seemed almost a bit subdued or uncomfortable. But you know, he was okay. I can't really fault this place, but neither can I heap praises on it. It's fine, and if you're in the area and want a kebab, well, you'll get an okay one here.

I am still making my way through the menu but my favourite dish to date is definitely the Lamb Shawarma - a delicious flatbread wrap stuffed full of grilled meat, herbs, pickles, tahini and a delicious garlic sauce. Incredibly satisfying but still somewhat healthy or at the very least, nourishing. Also worth a try are the Kooba - bulghar wheat dumplings stuffed with spiced lamb. I think they could do with a little more seasoning but nevertheless, they're pretty damn tasty. Although Petra's decor suggest it's more of a takeaway joint than eat-in restaurant, for a mid-week dinner I think it's legit.
