Very good but not anything like Mexican chilaquiles... still good. Great ambiance. The owner/mgr came out to greet us. Very nice person who cared about our visit here. Very welcoming. Plenty of variety along with many Guatemalan items to purchase. Would definitely stop in again if in the area. They have a great variety of sweet bread freshly baked.

I was gonna try the baked goods but as soon as I walked in, the aroma from the kitchen touched my senses. Then, I decided to get something from the restaurant menu. According to the employee, this is the 6th El Quetzal Restaurant and Bakery. Ok. The dining room was nearly full. He said they'll expect more customers once they find this new location because the #5 restaurant is very close by. I ordered a bowl of Caldo de Pollo (chicken soup) and a cup of hot tea. The price of soup was reasonable for the portion size. I really wanted to try tacos and tamal, but I was on a long drive journey. Perhaps next weekend. Few employees spoke good English. I didn't have any issues. By looking at the merchandise in the store side of restaurant, this seems to be a good place to get some Guatemalan food.

So much more options and better pricing than those bigger franchises. I ordered the cosmic cookie dough shake with added topping such as white chocolate salted caramel cupcake hazelnut, and I made it extra extra sweet because why not I'm so sweet. One of the guys on the inside waved at his smile so that cheered up my day. Like dang chic fil a may need to take some customer service notes from them. The drink wasn't thick like a milkshake, but it definitely hit the spot and I loved the cookie dough crumble pieces. I wish it could be served with like a bigger straw that you can actually slurp the like the cookie dough pieces up, since it's just so close to the bottom so you kinda have to scoop it or something. Overall, I loved the experience and I'll definitely be back!

Mango Deli is currently being used by the business Black Girl Tamales. I was excited to try Black…read moregirl tamales. I saw them on the news about their fusion mix of southern food and knew I had to try it. I stopped by their location and purchased a half dozen oxtail tamales and a half dozen collard greens w/ smoked turkey. I am highly disappointed. The collard green w/ Turkey had no flavor. There was also not any Turkey anywhere inside the tamale. I was basically eating bread. The flavor still tastes exactly like a tamale. There was no difference in the flavor than a tamale I've bought from a Mexican place. I expected so much more. The oxtail tamale had plenty of meat so at least I got something out of that but there was no flavor to it. I spent $45 and it was not worth it. I really wanted to love this but it fell extremely short. They didn't look anything like I saw when she did her news presentation. I'm convinced they were meaty for tv purposes. As for the flavor again it lacked on so many levels. This was not southern at all. Just a tamale stuffed with southern food.

When I did the search this place came up and even though there was no Yelp activity (reviews, tips or check ins) and after checking their online menu, we decided to give it a try. Now we have a small deli in our building, this is no means an even comparison. We have a small variety of items that we can order and they only take cash. Who does that in the 21st century? Skyline is a little hard to find because there are no signs and it is located in the Worley Parsons building. Once we walked in we just followed the people that were streaming in and out of the deli. First of all, they have a very extensive menu. It includes: Paninis, wraps, daily specials and combos, build your own salads, pasta and sandwiches, breakfast, tacos, smoothies, beverages and desserts. They also do catering! I can eat here every day and not have the same thing! My friend ordered the chicken and dumplings special of the day with green beans and he enjoyed it thoroughly. I had a ham and cheese panini with a cup of chicken noodle soup. The soup was hot and had very good flavor.and the panini was prepared perfectly for me. They have a beverage section with fountain drinks and 2 types of tea with free refills which I took advantage of. Lastly they take all types of payments and there is an ATM if you need cash. They even have a rewards program that I will check out.

So relaxed as a matter of fact, I've yet to see this place crowded on any weekday or weekend. * The WiFi is fast and reliable. This alone is why I'll end up staying here without consuming at least 3 drinks in a single sitting. * There is plenty of seating. Outdoor seating is extensive and the interior is super group friendly. * Iced lattes skew on the sweeter side, but their cold brew also gets a thumbs up. * There is a dedicated meeting room / isolated space for meetings / meetups. That's big time. * Don't feel like stopping in? There's a drive-thru. * Customer service is on point. They're fast, courteous, and super friendly. * The ventilation is right and the place is clean. Especially the bathrooms. This is a winner in terms of a coffeeshop space. I realize the vibe isn't' for everyone, but it's one of the main reasons why I'll find myself in this space more often than not.

The flavors are delicious, the portions are satisfying, and every dish feels thoughtfully prepared. The Aloo Tikki is comforting and flavorful, while the Amritsari Kulcha is packed with taste and has that satisfying North Indian touch. As a vegetarian, I truly appreciate having a place where I can explore so many flavorful options. The consistency in taste and quality is what keeps me returning. Highly recommend trying these dishes if you're looking for a delicious and authentic Indian street-food experience!
