She worked out the kinks in my shoulders/upper back. Then went to work on my feet. Oh man, if you are the slightest bit ticklish I think you are going to have a hard time with the reflexology. There were definitely momemts I wanted to die (but in a good way) b/c it was ticklish. But afterwards I gelt so much relief and rension released in my feet. I practically skipped to my car afterwards - that's how great I felt! The clinic is very clean and everyone is friendly. Don't walk into the complex - the door is actually from the outside (straight from the parking lot into the clinic). I'm definitely going to get another Groupon and come back here.

We waited a little bit even though we made an appointment, they didn't seem to be ready for us, but it wasn't too long and they did offer us tea or water. The rooms were clean and spacious. You change inside the room. The bedding was really soft and comfortable. Very attentive masseuse. She asked me where I had muscle pain and really did focus on those areas, unlike some other places. She really did help me release those knots, unfortunately I didn't get her name. I had the Thai herbal ball massage which was really relaxing. It's herbs and essential oils wrapped into a ball shape and it's warmed and rubbed on your back. Although its not as good as the ones in Thailand. I really enjoyed the massage and will definitely come back. Although they might need to fix the CD player, because it kept skipping.

You can choose from a range of days and times for all the available RMTs. You get an immediate e-mail confirmation, and another e-mail reminder the day before your appointment. The front entrance is a bit small and not too fancy, but you are always greeted nicely, and offered a choice of the day's hot and cold fresh tea offerings. You can change into slippers if you wish, and sip your tea if you have a few minutes before your appointment. Those are just the extras, and the best part is definitely the massage. Staff are so professional, very soothing, and you feel like you're in the hands (literally) of a capable healer. That might sound a bit odd but it is truly how you feel while you're there. I never feel rushed, and I am always asked each time about specific issues or trouble spots, or things to avoid. It amazes me how well everything I ask for can be accommodated and accomplished. 100% recommend.

The new clinic has the same calming energy, more rooms now and more therapists whom are all very professional, knowledgeable and genuine about your health but I do miss the sunny windows at the old place. This clinic is always really tidy and clean which is super important! They offer water and tea when you first walk in or after your treatment, and take the time to hear your concerns so they can plan an effective massage for you. They sell interesting products from pain reliever ointments to teas and candles. The online booking system is efficient so you can pick who you want to see and when instead of playing phone tag. Their prices are just above the average rmt prices but you are getting highly knowledgeable and skilled RMTs unlike a spa/groupon where you leave irritated that your upper traps are still in need of attention. Highly recommend this clinic

Weird, but okay. I was quickly placed in a room and told to undress to my undergarments. Approx 3 mins later a female with broken English entered and began to massage me. Although talking was difficult, she was very good with her techniques and really made all my pain disappear. However, in regards to relaxation, this place sucked. It was old and dungy, the music was skipping, you could hear the people next door talking. Just not relaxing at all. After a tip I was $40 in for a 60 min massage which isn't bad. I wouldn't pay more though for this place and probably would only return if I could get a group on again and the same lady (who's name I did not get) 2/5 for me!

The location is clean, bright and the beds are set up ready to go. The beds are little short for us (if you're tall your legs might touch the wall) but they're HEATED which was awesome. My masseuse Betty was very attentive to my needs. It's not meant to be a slow-paced, aromatherapy massage. She has quick hands and great technique to get to your tight spots. She warned me in advance that my back would be sore for a few days, so no surprises. They apply menthol cooling cream as well to help with relaxing your muscles. Also does a few stretching / twisting poses to help with the massage. The head massage portion was fantastic, and the weighted hot towel felt amazing at the end to relax my back. We did a $79+ tax for 90 min combo, we used it all for body massage, but would love to try their foot massage as well. Currently not accepting any new RMT patients, but yes for acupuncture

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the Chinese gentleman at the front desk, who I believe may be the owner. Before leaving my house, I carefully counted my cash and brought the exact amount needed for the massage. When I handed him the money, he did not count it in front of me. A few seconds later, he came back and claimed that I was $10 short. I am certain I gave the exact amount, so I believe I was unfairly charged an extra $10. The situation felt dishonest and very upsetting. In my opinion, he handled the payment in an unprofessional way, and I felt as though I had been taken advantage of. Guys be very careful when paying cash make sure to count in front of them before leaving the counter. On the other hand, the female receptionist I spoke with was kind, polite, and helpful. I hope that if I return for another massage with Jessica, I won't have to deal with the same gentleman again because this experience left a very bad impression.
