Apex has completely dropped the ball, they had one person working on it, and she quit, and my case just sat there. I paid in full for services that were never provided. I have been calling them and trying to get the process completed. A new person took over, and she is full of excuses why this can,t be done, oh and by the way I had to pay another $500.00 , to start the process over, and was never offered a refund on the original $500.00 paid. I would never recommend using this company, unless you want to be let down over and over again. The owner called me and swore he would make it right, that was 6 months ago.
