I called on a Friday got a quote of $120 but the machine wasn't working so I was to call back on Monday on Monday the guy gave me a quote of 140 but said he was still working on the machine to call back in an hour. Great shop! Smog tests are quite complicated but Star Best can get it done for the low price of $60. I bought their smog test Groupon voucher online for $0.50. I thought I was getting a smog test for fifty cents. But silly me! The price is actually sixty dollars. But they are highly professional so why would I want to go to a random place for a $20 smog test when I can go get a quality smog test for $60 at Star Best?
