The store is large with many options. I was very shocked by the size and what they offer. Checker was not friendly which was very strange to me but maybe she was having a bad day. The first breakfast catering was wrong. I had ordered a 4 parfaits that serves 10-12 as I was hosting 40+ people. The driver was in coat with me and was waiting for the parfait. When the order arrived it was missing the yogurt and granola but did have 4 berry bowls and 4 individual parfaits. I did immediately call and the initially offered to take half the cost off, I did not believe this to be fair as I had only received the fruit which if purchased separately would have been significantly less. After being on hold for a few min they were able to credit back an acceptable amount. They also recognized that I also had an upcoming lunch and they would make sure it was correct. Lunch did come and it was correct and delicious. We have another order coming and hope it is correct

The sushi is still grocery store sushi and by no means exceeds expectations. I often pick up a hot sub, which also isn't the best I've had, but it does the trick. Walking into the store, the music is loud enough to make you think like you entered into a NYC disco lounge. The employees always seem like they don't want to help you, you are afraid to approach them. The store has good produce sometimes, which is about the only reason I would buy anything at this store. I used to buy bread too but I have no idea where they put the bread. Between the loud music and the employees with bad attitudes, you just don't want to go through the pain of asking. They have something for pretty much everyone - baked goods (donuts, cakes, pies, bread), cheese, pickles, produce, fresh meat, home furnishings. It's surprising how much they can squeeze into the space they have and not feel like it's crowded. There's also tables, cafeteria style, if you choose to eat there. If you visit their website, they offer coupons (e.g., $1 off brownies, free pretzel w/ purchase of a milkshake, etc.) you can print out. Normally, it is only open Thursday through Saturday. During certain holidays they do open other days of the week. For Christmas week, they're open Monday through Wednesday since they're closed on December 25th and 26th. For New Year's week, they're open Wednesday since they're closed on Thursday (New Year's Day).

Just this Monday I went in and the meat counter was empty, the butcher dept in the back was closed and completely black, and the freezer section was empty. Every time the excuse is "we lost power", how does one place lose power this often. Shelves are empty of basic grocery items. The only thing that there is plenty of is the large expensive candy section. I bought a gallon of milk last week, expiration date was this week and yet when I got the milk home is was disgusting. The employees are constantly changing there. They are never happy or nice. The older guy in the meat dept is the most miserable person I have ever encountered in customer service. He acts as though it is the biggest inconvenience to wait on customers. Living in the area, I really wish some other store would move into this location.
