Service wasn't above and beyond or outstanding in any way, but my relationship with Staples is very transactional. I get what I need and leave. It's open and bright in the store, and everything is neatly organized. I will definitely be back if I need more paper knowing this store opens early!

Gayle and I just happened to walk by as we were walking from our Hilton Hotel to the nearby Royal Ontario Museum. We left with a package of rubber bands, a box of paper clips, and expanding file folder (no paperless in our house) and a cool LEGO Unicorn for one of our granddaughters. The store is nicely laid out, although actually finding what I was looking for was somewhat confusing as the analog selections were spread out in-between the digital offerings. I never did find the 2024 Brownline planner (made in Canada) that I was looking for, but I guess that's why ordering online helps. Our checkout was also unexpectedly slow as you never know what the customer ahead of you is up to.

He helped us found what would work for our small office within our budget. Delivery service was punctual and courteous. I ended up not satisfied with the quality of one of the desks, I received a replacement the next day without any issue. I have never ever experienced this level of customer services ever. If you looking for furnishings for your office, check them out online or visit their showroom. Their price is really reasonable and quality much better compares to IKEA!

I was here on a Saturday at around 1:30 pm. The parking in front of this store was pretty busy. I did manage to find a parking spot steps away from the main entrance and backed into it. This store has two doors. The right door was gated off. Everyone was going in and out of the store through the left door. When I left the store, a bunch of us were politely waiting for a man using a four-wheel walker to get into the store before we all left. It wasn't horrible, but it does make it inconvenient if there's a huge volume of folks. To my surprise, this store had a ServiceOntario location in the back left of the store. I was curious and checked this section out. When I got to ServiceOntario, there was a check-in sign. I then read another sign that said that this centre was at maximum service capacity and there wasn't any check-in available. Bummer if you need services here. I do like that it's open till 9 pm on Saturdays. I ended up getting a black Sharpie. For some reason, I didn't have one at home. The aisle are wide at this store. I had no problem finding what I needed. I did a quick browse around the store. I need to return to this store when I'm not trying to get to a Toronto Marlies afternoon game! I liked the technology section. Printers and Apple products were cool to look at. The displays were enticing. Sadly, I didn't see any major sales happening. I probably didn't see the discount section being here for such a brief period. I headed to the checkout to pay for my marker. I got a nice man who was cheerful and affable. I paid with a credit card. The transaction was seamless. It's a good Staples. It probably has more customers due to ServiceOntario. I look forward to returning to have a more casual, less rushed visit. (145)

He allowed me to charge my Laptop at this location, he checked the charger I was using and recommended and wrote down for me the one I needed with the price. That was yesterday. This morning I went in early . The girls behind the counter were grumpy and sleepy...not into the job at all. One yawned as I was speaking to them and only partially covered her mouth.. .'I need help' yawn finished I get an eyeroll and a Humph... anyway Christy went over and above on both days to assist me,.he was pleasant as well and present in the moment. Once to get photos printed and another time to get two books binded. Both times, they couldn't get it done within the same day/next day guarantee. And only started when I got there. I had to wait two hours for them to do their job, which wasn't a happy wait...I had to stand in the store during a pandemic with my baby. I called the second time and they said they will get it ready for the end of day (still not fulfilling their end of day guarantee for by 6pm the next day). I didn't get an email to pick up the next day. So they can't be trusted for paying a premium on same day guarantee. And if we don't, I wonder if our order will be forgotten completely.

Went here to print an 100 page document from a USB drive, after waiting approx. 15 mins at the…read moreprint desk for assistance ..... an employee walked me over to a printer set my credit card up.....told me to open the file and he would be right back ...he didn't come back..... the printer eventually timed out....so I went back to print desk waited another 10 mins for assistance...got another employee's attention who walked me back over to the printer....opened up the file like I did and told me I had to print each page one by one they could not download the document and print for me and skirted away....after printing 7 pages realizing this will take me all day....I left and went to a Print Shop which is located 2mins away at Morningside and Milner...they downloaded and printed all the pages in file took about total 5 mins. and I was out of there.....very frustrating and disappointing experience at Staples....never again!
