I want to commend Caitlin from the Sherwood Park Staples. My son desperately needed some architectural documents printed on A1 sized paper (24"x36") and our local Staples was swamped. When I phoned and spoke to Caitlin, she indicated that if we could get her the USB before 6pm, she would make sure we had it by 8 pm. She was able to get us everything we needed, was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. We were so impressed! read more

If I could give a zero rating I would. Attempted to purchase some carbonless paper and two individuals that were trying to support had taken me to two types of paper that were wrong and coukdnt be fartger from the request. They certainly weren't fluent in English and didn't understand the concept of collation. Brutal! The competency levels of the staff need to be the first point of hiring. Hire by capability, competency and merit. You'll go far, but you're business model is currently dying a very quick death. read more

Terrible customer service! Came in with the laptop that I purchased here as I have been experiencing problems. Although Monica in tech services greeted me, when I started to explain my problem she interrupted me and asked if she could assist a man who had approached us with a question. She went on to assist him, then took on another customer at the tech desk and left me waiting for a full half hour! I asked another employee for assistance who said he didn't know enough and I could leave it for the tech who was not in that day. I finally went up to Monica at the service desk who was now dealing with the third customer since she left me hanging. So without being able to fully explain my problem, she said I'd have to leave my laptop for a diagnostic which could take 3 to 5 days. I left and will go somewhere else where they understand customer service. read more

Poorly stocked shelves and rude, condescending staff; after a few experiences like that, we won't be back to this location. We asked a staff about having an item in the back (as not on the shelf), got told twice (the second time in a manner used for toddlers), "you go DOWN this AISLE...". We once again made our request clear and finally got the answer that no, they were out of stock. Is it so hard to listen to what your customers are asking instead of assuming they are stupid and hearing impaired? Geez... read more

Horrible service from the print center. Charged me $5 to scan a legal sized document double sided after making me wait for 15 minutes. The supervisor said it was a "service fee" but I have never once paid that. The document was all flipped around and black and white when I got home (not what I asked for). I have never written a bad review before but this ticked me off beyond belief. Will not come here again. Strongly suggest you don't either. read more
