They tell us we need to contact the store directly. Can't, they must transfer their local number to the general UPS help number. We need to change the delivery address because, it has to be done by the store and you can't contact the store!!! The failure to meet the two day shipment is not their fault but the inability to reach them to make the new location address change is. We are RV's and move. The package was supposed to arrive on July 31, it is now Aug 5th and it has not arrived. We have moved on and need it re-routed. Call their number, answer a bunch of questions and get routed to India who tells us we need to contact the store directly. Never will use UPS again.

The drain line is still set up exactly the same as when we moved in and has worked perfectly fine. We were even told to call a plumber, and the plumber confirmed there was no issue. * Same visit: $287 to replace a dryer belt (part #WE03X29897), which is a ~$10 part and a relatively quick repair. * Visit 2: After about an hour of diagnosing, the technician blew off a sensor and the washer immediately started working again. * Visit 3: After the washer was already functioning, we were then advised to replace the suspension rods ($155). Total paid was around $660. The main issue isn't just the price which is absurd for about 60-70 dollars worth of parts--it's that the problem wasn't correctly diagnosed from the start, and we were charged across multiple visits before arriving at a solution. There was also a repair performed that did not appear necessary. Being publicly called a liar instead of being asked for clarification was unprofessional, Rick. I also contacted the main office after these visits, and the pricing breakdown I shared previously came directly from them. Sharing this so others can ask more detailed questions upfront about diagnosis, pricing, and necessity of repairs.
