A few years ago, my phone charging port was not working right in and I was in the process of getting new phones and changing providers. He couldn't repair it. He hooked me up with a gadget to charge my phone till I got the new ones. Today I stopped by because every time I plugged my cellphone auto charger into my saddlebag port on my Indian Chieftain motorcycle, it knocked the FM radio right out. All FM. I also have had issues in my truck with certain FM stations using these cheapo chargers. I showed Ibrahim when I brought my bike in today, and he said............"I'll be right back". Brought out his auto charger and BOOM. All good. It takes A to C and C to C cables also! It was the cheap dollar store chargers that were causing all the interference. I had also bought some quality in home wall chargers from him when I got new phones. They work GREAT. He sells "the good stuff" but much cheaper than the phone dealers. I bought 2 of these new auto chargers for our vehicles and 1 for my bike. When my current major carrier contract runs out I may go with a service that he provides because he treats you right and makes sure he can help you. I was assigned a commission on Monday that was expected to be completed at the latest on Friday, but the client wanted to grab the print in hand by Wednesday to give the framer as much time as possible to frame. I made the mistake of going to a big box retailer for the last minute print, and when they brought it out... Oh, it was terrible. Oversaturated colors. The print itself was too dark. The material they called "photographic paper" was cheap and thin. It had smears and scrapes on the print surface. The black ink looked matte while on a glossy surface, and everything looked blurry. I was totally at a loss, so I paid and left, but ended up asking a client who referred me to Print NH who then took the job so close to them being closed for the day. Also, the print quality was phenomenal compared to that big box retailer -- the colors were on point, and everything was crisp. I was happy, and so was the client. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Horrible experience so far with this company. I ordered 2000 8.5x11 flyers from them. After a…read morelittle back and forth about getting my PDF upload correct for them, I successfully upload my job and it looks 100% correct on my end so I approve it and pay for the flyers. A week and half later I get a delivery - box 1 of 1. I open the box and to my dismay I see that images and colors are missing and boxes are printed out of alignment. The product is unusable. I immediately emailed BBP, and get a response saying to send them a photo of what I received, which I did. They said they will get with their production team and find out what went wrong. A few days later after following up with them a few times, I get a response saying I have something called "overprint" turned on, so I will need to have my files fixed. Remember my proof came out 100% correct when I uploaded it! I have no clue what "overprint" is nor should I need to, as I uploaded my file, as I'm expected to, and approved that it was correct, which is was. They should not have an upload, view, and approve process that shows me my image is correct and then blame me when something goes wrong on their end when they actually print the file! This company has taken my money, put me behind on my schedule, and frustrated me beyond imagination. I honestly cannot believe a company would do this to anyone.

I recently visited the Staples in Bedford, NH to print an executive-size sheet. Although this option was available to select on the printer, the paper wasn't actually loaded and couldn't be selected for use. I had to ask an associate to print it on a different printer. I was charged a little over $3 initially but was informed that I couldn't print there and wouldn't be able to print it myself. Eventually, the associate printed it for me, and I had to pay an additional $0.66 for the executive-size paper. Despite not being able to print it myself, I still had to pay the initial $3. The process should be more straightforward, and customers shouldn't have to pay for services they can't actually use. It's not about the money, but the deception that they seem to be operating as two different entities. Additionally, the fact that I wasn't able to print, but the system allowed me to select that size by default, is misleading. If they can't print that size, they should remove the option to prevent customers like me from paying double. This experience was quite frustrating and felt like a joke. The associate was very polite and professional, but the services of the company were disappointing. It's not about the money, but the deception that they seem to be operating as two different entities. Additionally, the fact that I wasn't able to print, but the system allowed me to select that size by default, is misleading. I went to the staples in Manchester, NH, for a broken computer. I was told that the $69.99 that I put down would be rein bused if I didn't have the computer fixed or it would go towards the repair. The repair well ways to much for a 2 yr old laptop. So I decided to buy a new laptop. When I asked for the $69.99 to goes the new one they told me "no, that it wasn't refunded if I didn't have the repair. I was very upset about this whole process. I wish they would train their employs better on policy of the store and not give out false info. read more

Instead of informing me of this discrepancy and change in packaging, it was ignored thinking to would go unnoticed. After contacting the location on multiple occasions to rectify this situation, I am now being ignored after being told a refund would be made 3 days ago. I have entered the store and been told by employees that management has directed them to ignore all calls and contact as "they do not have an answer." This deplorable behavior and horrible customer service has been reported to corporate and I do expect my refund for the mistakes made and admitted to me by the employees of this location.
