This location is no longer giving receipts for Amazon drop off returns. I dropped off two items, and one was processed and refunded through Amazon and the other item does not show as being dropped off. Of course Amazon is asking me if I have a receipt. Purchased a printer and ink cartridge. I didn't need them nor have I opened the boxes. Went to store to return and clerk stated that they have a 14 day return policy. Policy isn't stated on receipt or at check out. I will not deal with this business again unless they make things right. read more

I went to Staples today to buy envelopes and was treated rudely by the Cashier. I am handicapped and I was struggling to operate the credit card machine, and the cashier treated me like I was a bother to him. Not customer friendly. It made me embarrassed in front of the others in line. He needs to get out of the Customer Service business. read more

Unfortunately, had to resort to help from this store as home printer went on the fritz unexpectedly. Horrible service. Print department could not even fulfill a simple print order of 20 flyers. I was given every excuse in the book as to why it could not be completed in a timely fashion. read more

This morning I went to Staples to ask for help in determining what ink cartridge I needed for an HP Printer my husband and I purchased at this location. I had written down the information of the printer. I told the fellow at the register that my husband recently passed and I needed some help with this. I was told by him to either go home and open the printer or to Google it. I asked if he could help me do that while I was there and was told no because he would have to use his own phone. I have given a good bit of business to their copy/printing area (Ashley is FANTASTIC) but I will NOT do business with this Staples again. Great customer service! The manager is fantastic, was so awesome when we asked about price matching and helped us get the best price! What I loved the most was the fact that he was so appreciative of his employees and thanked them for doing their jobs, which you normally don't hear on the floor of a store! Thank goodness for Ramona and her copy dept staff......no wonder locals use this is a last resort..thanks to their big headed manager Owen. He is rude and very self serving, not taking into account the customers needs or wishes. Very unprofessional. P.S.....customers can hear rude comments you direct towards them, even if you wisper....5 stars fpr the copy center...but run away if Manager Owen is in sight..I had always heard how people save up and drive to Huntsville instead of enduring their trip to Staples...now I know why firsthand read more

If it were possible to give 0 stars that is what this store would get. The absolute worst customer service....it is the worst because no one helps. They lost a pretty good sale today. I keep thinking it can't be as bad as I thought, but yep, it always is! read more
