I didn't understand when he said it would take 2 to 5 days for it to get there. Because UPS in Florida is usually always delivered within a day(especially when only going across the state) even though it says it could take two days or so. I even said that is weird bc UPS is usually always only a day or two at most. He just stood there looking at us. I didn't realize he changed the delivery company on us that we requested (didn't even acknowledge that he changed it what we asked for either) until I went to track the package and see that 3 days later it's still not there. So now it makes sense that it's taking three days to go from Fort Myers to Miami, which is still a joke. Mail used to go across the country in three days. I had already been to the post office and sent the letter via certified mail. I went to the UPS store specifically to send it via UPS as a backup/second form of delivery. So now I have the exact package being delivered on the exact day via USPS and I just wasted money. Not happy!

She is able to triage multiple customer needs at a time so I'm never waiting long. SCAMMER!!! I was quoted $80 for a Priority Mail envelope…read more When I questioned the price, the woman working at the desk was incredibly rude. I decided not to use their service and went to the USPS location across the street near Publix, where I paid $10 for the same type of Priority Mail service. I also spoke with the USPS employees about the price I had been quoted, they laughed and were surprised by the amount. They also told me the owner of the pack and ship, buys stamps and other supplies to upsell at their pack and ship store. I'm a local and have supported businesses in this area, including helping various businesses after the hurricane. I believe customers deserve to know when they may be paying significantly more than they would through USPS directly- and they certainly deserve to be treated with basic respect when asking a legitimate question about a price. I strongly recommend the USPS (which mins away) before using this Pack & Ship location. I will not be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with other members of the local community.

Hailey was exceedingly rude from the start. I needed to ship a bracelet and asked which service would be the least expensive. Her nasty reply was, "I can't choose the service for you. " I said, "Fine but if you could give me an idea of the rates I could choose. ". Her answer (again nasty) was : "They're all within a few dollars". So I never did get an answer to my question. Then I asked about insuring the package for the value. Again nasty: "Go back where you bought it; they'll probably do it. ". I explained that I work for the company where I bought it. They do not. Then (nasty) she said, "Go to a pawn shop. "To my knowledge they do not do that. So I also question her knowledge. At that point I said I would go elsewhere. Hailey said, "You're really rude. ". Now I'd had enough so I said, "That's the pot calling the kettle black. ". On my way out Hailey said (very sarcastically), "Have a nice day. I love you. " I have used Omni for more years than I can remember and I was always pleased with the service (Erin)...until now. I will not be back, at least as long as Hailey is there. If this review is removed again I'm calling the owner. I'll get his name from a former employee.
