Went in to return some Amazon packages. I was directed to an older lady who immediately turned her back on me to package up boxes and make new boxes. meanwhile the other line of people were moving through nicely who were originally behind me in line. This lady was rude and argumentative. would not take one box as she said it was too big and then another as it was marked to be returned to Whole Foods. I will never enter that store again. They also have deceptive sales practices also as my husband purchased a desk that was clearly marked one price but was charged another. not sour grapes just facts. STAY AWAY! read more

I used their self-service printer/copier/scanner, which made it all so easy to print, copy, and scan my documents. Prices were reasonable and all of my documents turned out great. You won't be acknowledged at all. Not going in, not walking around, not even leaving. I just went in for laser jet photo paper. I went to the section of photo paper and went through about 30 selections of photo paper all for inkjet. I'm sure I'm not the only one in Fort Myers that has a laser jet printer but I could be. I love office supply stores that carry nothing I need for my office. Hopefully the now hiring sign brings in people that will actually acknowledge the customers that ultimately will not find what they're looking for. If you're into scavenger hunts though go look for postal scales. Hint: they're not in the postal scale aisle. read more

Bought gift cards for my employees, American Express gift cards. All the cards were compromised before leaving the package. Card services said they were compromised on a store level. Less than an hour after I bought them, they had been used in Wisconsin at a payday advance store. I called several times and talked to the manager who kept telling me to give it 24 hours, try it again later, there is nothing I can do, it just takes a while for activation, and so on. I explained to her this was a huge problem, and mentioned it happened before in their store. I will be in that store with my employees Monday morning with the cards, and if I do not get a refund on the cards that are compromised, I'm calling the police. read more

Printing people barely acknowledged me when I got there . Then they acted like they were bothered by me being there. One of them passed me off to the other one, then the other one did not greet me for almost 10 minuets. I decided to leave and just come back for them because they clearly were not getting to me anytime soon. I then went to check out and the cashier was literally TEXTING as he was checking me out. Meanwhile, a manager is standing next to him. He then proceeded to forget to bother handing me my bag and I had to reach over and grab it from behind the counter. FIVE HOURS later, they finally called me back to inform me that they had an issue with the format and that I would have to reformat them and bring them back in at a later date. read more

This staples is ruined by the manager. The employees are great, however, the manager could use a lesson in manners. While there she was upset that I was returning an unopened item, within the return window (within less than a week to be exact), and purchasing a more expensive, upgraded model. We purchased two (2) Bristone Luxura Managers Office Chairs at this location during the last day of a recent sale. I inquired with store management about inventory as only one brown chair was located at the front display near the checkouts. She was very helpful and stated she would check on it. We left to do shopping down the road and returned to find both chairs at the front checkout already loaded on a cart ready to go - fantastic! We simply paid for them - $59.95 each.
